Marvel has always been the front runner at taking jabs at DC... all the way back to the 60's with their own book "Not Brand Echh!" (read: Not Brand X)
Which was Stan's idea to begin with... having some fun at the bigger and older company at the time... I think it's fun as long as it's harmless...

Yeah marvel's always been the one to take jabs
It's endearing when they're the smaller company, the underdog But when you're the industry leader, or at least tied in 1st, and the other company doesn't take shots back, it comes off a bit petty
