If it were Zoom instead of Wally I'd pick the speedster. Power-wise he's got the edge. He's just going to feel he has to handle him with kid gloves.

And combined with the afore mentioned cockiness it'll cost him the win.

So Thor. But magic as some kind of unanswerable edge has nothing to do with it.

Yeah, just the random 'Magic' shiz was throwing me off as well. It's a "Bret screwed Bret" situation. Wally is going to set himself up and Thor is going to be there to lay the hammer on him.

Yeah, Magic doesn't stand as the deciding factor. The deciding factor will probably be a hammer to the face. I mean it's not like he's a wizard or somethin'.

Wally is going to run circles around Thor, literally and he's going to lay some megaton punches on his ass in the process. The issue, is durability and strength. Thor is going to take that beating but Wally has been fooled, made mistakes, and at times, just all around fracked up before even with his edge against much lesser opponents. The man is cocky beyond all belief, even measured against Thor.

Sooner rather than later, he's going to get overconfident and Thor is going to drop the Hammer on that ass. It'll be close though, good match.

Thor

Midnighter is tough, a more difficult draw for Doom than the votes will show. He's shown to be faster than some superhumans can follow, he's a great hand to hand combatant, second heart, advanced healing ability, and his trump card, being able to map out a battle to predict his opponent's move, is a deadly combination. We've seen the Thing wail on Vic, there's a substantial intelligence and tactical difference there, so I have no doubt Midnighter can close with Vic to deal some damage.

That's the issue though, he doesn't have the power to put Vic down. Doom has incredible durability in that suit and he may even be able to frustrate Midnighter's ability to predict a battle. He's the inverse Joker, who was too erratic for Midnighter to predict, Victor is far too intelligent. He'll end up being one of the few to ever out-think the Midnighter.

Doom

I think the votes are fair actually. The question is who'd win, not how close. Doom would clearly win but how close is anyone's guess and unlike the last round with Thor and Flash, Doom is a heavy magic guy and that could/will play a part.

Any kind of prep time at all and it wouldn't be remotely close, Midnighter would be a smear on the ground.

I don't know if Doom could outthink his predictive fighting, but the durability of Doom's suit makes the difference to me.

Doom.

I'm about tired of you going all during my match analysis. Make your own points and stay the hell outta my limelight.
