You still can't comprehend it huh? "Manipping" isn't a word. Manips are types of artwork, not a specific technique or tool used. Composites, filters, digital painting, etc. are all just tools. Using any makes it a manip. There's no requirement how you alter so long as you do. Otherwise, you're just acting like a snob who likes to say what is or isn't art.

Possibly, however the end result doesn't show the effort nor the creativity.
And I call them as I see them; I've praised the manips and other artwork that actually looks good, I've not really said much negative on any fan art in here other than on those who add trunks or recolor the suit incorrectly, but even then, those artists put more work into their changes than the lazy pieces above.
