Well that's because GL's lead actor could actually act....it was the overdone plot and hokey CGI that let GL down

Green Lantern was... horrendous, to say the least.

And I thought Ryan Reynolds was bad...

I thought he did fine with what he had. Just as he did in Origins.

In both cases it was the horrible script that made the film bad, which wasn't something he could do much about.

It's unfortunate because I really like Ryan Reynolds. He seems like a great person (who loves comic book heroes) and he has such perfect timing when delivering funny lines. He needs to chose his roles more wisely.

Me too. I think Ryan Reynolds is a lot like Joseph Gordon Levitt in that they've made some great movies and even when they make some bad ones, they're the best part of the bad ones

Can Sony please just let go of Ghost Rider? He's of little to no value to them.

He's of little value to any studio. I doubt Marvel could do anything spectacular with Ghost Rider either.

I don't think Marvel will do anything with DD or Punisher for the next few years.

Punisher, yes, but Marvel deliberately made a deal with Fox to get Daredevil back. They obviously want him for something. I think we'll get a DD film before you know it.

Marvel wanted some FF stuff (Skrulls, Galaticus) from Fox and Fox would get to keep DD. So they obviously didn't want DD. Fox denied, and the rights automatically went back to Marvel as of October.

They wanted Silver Surfer and Galactus more than Daredevil, apparently. I don't blame them. They would have fit in nicely with the cosmic stuff they're gonna do in the MCU.

How come no one has uploaded fight scenes from TASM? There are plenty of Avengers and TDKR videos on YT. There's a few TASM videos, but nothing good.

Yeah. Even though it's real quick, I really adore the "fight" scene after Peter is unmasked by captain Stacy. I think of all the fight scenes in the ultimate spider-man comics, and the way he moves in that scene is exactly how I picture him to fight. The flips, webbing, etc.

I agree the fight v. cops was the best in the film. The fights vs. Lizard wouldve been so much better if only about a minute longer each. personal opinion

I've seen bits and pieces of the first one on FX. I've had no real desire to watch them

But when he thiught Lizard, ripped straight off the books.
And the ending swign, that was how Spider-Man should move
