Bane Rises Part 2

Hi SHH,

My friends and I banded together and made a fan film we are pretty proud of. Right now we are editing the final piece, but the trailer is up and I want to share it with people as interested by the comic book culture as we are. Thanks for taking a minute to view our video, and criticism is very welcome as we are trying to get better all the time.

Seems like you guys have really stepped it up since the last one. If you're already done shooting, in editing watch for the 180 rule - don't want to break the axis. Also it sounds like you guys have done ADR for Bane this time around. If not, please consider it.

Out of curiosity, what did you guys use for the titles in that trailer?

Ya, we have learned a lot since our last outing. And don't worry, the 180 rule is well and truly kept for the most part; we have some exceptions, as in every movie, but they are in scenes already established. We did do ADR, as well as in the last one, however we bought a good mic and took more time with the accent and the subtel effects. As for the titles I used After Effects and an amazing plug-in called Element 3D from videocopilot.net and then I layered some stock from Action Essentials 2 also from videocopilot. The snow was made with Particular 2.

I enjoyed the trailer. I would only suggest some more quick flashes of action sequences in the trailer to go along with the music. Other than that good stuff?
