So the way it worked for me was I got an e-mail from her saying "Hey come talk to me on the Citadel" (since I hadn't) and then after going back to the Normandy I got another e-mail asking me to meet her again which started off the DLC.
If you're in a spot where it should be working from there then if it was me I'd try loading another save or another profile and see if its happening across my characters or just that particular save/char. If that doesn't do anything, I'd just go and reinstall the DLC. People tend not to like the "normal" Human male character anyway.

My problem with the human companions is that they're dull in comparison, and offer less insight. Kaiden, and Jacob are good guys, but give common sense responses the player was already thinking. Miranda talking was like watching paint dry. Vega was an action figure.
The alien companions just seemed more fleshed out, and interesting. Grunt or Wrex may shout hilarious, or violent things. If it's tech Tali may offer useful insight out of the players knowledge. Same with Mordin and biological issues. Garrus may give tactical insight, and lay out a nostalgic line, ect. All of which, IMO, were easier to listen to thanks to better voice actors, and effects. Liara's monotone voice would be the exception. I did like Kasumi, Jack, and Zaaed though. They were, IMO the most interesting humans. Ash was more entertaining than Kaiden, but most of her comments were *****y, or racist.

Now have my Renegade ready for 3. It was touch and go though. I decided to be a dick to Tali. In 1 I didn't give her the data. In 2 I let Cerberus take Veetor, let Kal'Reegar die, and handed her father's data over. Which led to her being unloyal. Everyone else was loyal, and I kept her away from any jobs during the suicide run. So it shocked me when she died, first time that's happened.
I read up, and found out everyone has a "hold the line number". So I reloaded the suicide mission. I left Grunt, Garrus, and Zaeed with her (the three highest), and took Jack, and Mordin with me (the two lowest along with Tali). She ended up surviving, but I still feel bad knowing what will happen to her in 3 with my Renegade . Also let Dr. Chakwas, Kelly, Ken, and Gabby die unescorted back to the ship to see the difference when they're not alive in 3.So going in to 3 Paragon - Saved Wrex, Ash, and Rachni Queen. Saved the council, and put Anderson in charge. Romanced Liara in 1, Tali in 2. Blew up Collector base, and saved everyone. Didn't tell Quarian's to go to war or not (though I plan on destroying the Geth). Told Mordin to save the genophage cure. Became a Spector again. Renegade - Killed Wrex, and Rachni Queen, saved Kaiden. Killed council, and put Uldina in charge. Romanced Liara through 1-2. Saved Collector base, but let all non NPC teammates die. Told the Quarian's to go to war (though I plan on destroying the Quarian's). Told Mordin to destroy the cure. Didn't become a Spector, and had Bailey keep me dead. My paragon run will mostly be like my first/only ME3 run. My Renegade run will be the polar opposite, and should be interesting. Also, whoever said wait for Conrad was right. Was hilarious in both runs.

That's gonna be a gut wrenching Renegade run, without a doubt.

I'm in character when I'm doing a Renegade run so I don't feel bad about all that. If I did I just wouldn't do it! FYI my main playthrough is like 80% Paragon. I'm nice to everyone by default and always rescue & help anyone innocent. But I still have zero tolerance (shoot 1st ask questions late) for *******s, potential traitors & especially hostage takers lol. Even on my Paragon run I get on with shady cahracters like Aria but have little tolerance for gangsters with no redeeming features.

No kidding. I normally have trouble with "bad guy" runs in moral choice games. I think I might need therapy after what I'm planning for Tali, Mordin, Kaiden, the Quarians, and Krogan, lol.

It's ok. I keep the cosmic Tali balance in check by banging her with my Paragon. Though I'm wondering if I should change my play order. I'm eager to do my Paragon run as I enjoy it more, but ended my ME trilogy run on a depressing Renegade note isn't too appealing.

I actually really like him. I thought he was a good comedic relief character, Garrus & him having a little story show-off on the Normandy was one of my favorite bits from the game.

I have to imagine porting it over wouldn't be that difficult, they are both Unreal 3 engine games after all. Would be a smart bit of cross promotion I would think.

Really awesome work there
The mod looks damned good in motion. In news things: Just going by comments from some staff and developers the next (its sounding like last) SP DLC is going to get unveiled mid-Feb, so you figure in 2-3 weeks. The staff apparently had their final design meeting last week. I'm guessing we will get in addition another weapons pack and maybe a Alt appearance for the other half of the squad.

Crossing my fingers for post ending DLC... Or at least DLC that expands on my Sheps "gasp for air."

I think if anything happens post-ending it'll be in a full fledged Mass Effect title. They've been telling people not to expect any more ending DLC for the time being so I am guessing post-ending is included in that.
Now, maybe the next DLC will have some hints or teases at whatever ground ME4 is going to cover, if they've decided what's even going on in that regard. Quote:
But yeah I can't think of what it is. Omega was pretty clearly teased in the main game and people found out about Leviathan in the EC data. I'm honestly a little shocked nobody anywhere has leaked anything.
