wow that clip is terrible with all the quick cuts. looks like it was a much longer chase scene that they've cut right down.

Which tends to happen with promotional clips. I'd say it will be longer and play smoother in the film. Least I hope it does.

Yeah you can tell its cut down for the promotional clip though I did not like the music at all

Clips get edited down sometimes. Don't sweat it... Never judge a movie on clips... Good or bad.

What a stupid thing to say, I'm not judging the whole film am I? The point of the clip is to advertise, attract audience attention and help sell the film, it's a piece of the marketing...and it sucked, The clip sucked and completely failed in what it was aiming to do. Notice how i said "wow that CLIP was so poorly directed" I never passed judgement on the film... My criticisms and praise as well have been strictly on the PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL for the film. I never said, The film will suck cuz of this clip did I? Where did I even remotely say that.

That implies to most readers that you were excited (for the film), and this new clip has now lessened your excitement. It's easy to see how your post might have lead people to believe that because of the new clip, you're now not as excited for the film as you were prior to watching it.

Evidently that wasn't the case, as you explained:

Wow, that run-time is a lot shorter than the previous movies by a long way, doesnt bode well if you ask me, I hope Fox arent going back to their old ways of making all of the their action movies no more than 100 mins long.

No, probably has more to do with Fox pushing a fifth die hard movie out for the 25th anniversary of the first movie. I doubt you can get so much out of John McClane in Russia with his son after the last three movies.
