He was Batman, and trying to be coy.

I think he was going to make a cameo as Bruce, not Bats, but anything is possible.

I thought Bruce was going to be at the funeral when Superman died.

Maybe so... I've never heard / read anything definitive on it.

Has that emblem ever appeared in other Superman media or is it unique to MOS?

So all Kryptonian chest emblems have the diamond shape around them? Does that outline mean 'House' with the shape inside it denoting the specific house (El, etc.) or something?

I just hope that Snyder avoids doing on what the Wiki Brothers did for the Matrix fights between Neo and Smith; where they would needlessly use a very unbelievable looking CGI double for a good amount of shots.

It reminds me of the sickle from the Soviet flag.

Firstly is that Zod logo poster official?

On the Burton doc I really hope it gets made as I'd love to see it. Been saying for ages that WBs should do a doc on all the failed Superman projects.

Also on the Batman cameo that was only in Kevin Smith's script not the one that Tim Burton would have used and Batman made an appearance on a video screen during Superman's funeral.

Eh where did I say it wasn't? I just said I'm pleased but I wish WBs would do one on all failed Superman projects.

I guess I must have misunderstood this:

"Firstly is that Zod logo poster official?"

I think they need to get the Zod reveal done now. They're obviously upset that the toy pics were released so one can only assume they had something in mind for a Zod reveal. Maybe it'l be another marketing campaign

As I said in the merchandise thread:

They wanted for sure to reveal it in the next Empire issue, out in a couple of days, but...it's their fault, they should have moved their asses showing something at least a month earlier instead of waiting the beginning of february..

Indeed; hell, I'd argue that we should have had a official reveal of both Michael Shannon as Zod and Amy Adams as Lois Lane by now as well.

A part of me still hopes and prays to the Good Lord that we'll wake up one morning to find several new photos released online along with articles that talk about the plot of the film.

They seem very confident with what they have..they're keeping everything away from the public eye..In my opinion, I don't want to restart a war that used to be on the tdk/tdkr threads, but, by now is safe to say that the marketing should have already started, and that those "they have plenty of time" and "It's too early"..well, it's starting to loose sense..
