I'd just like to take this moment to say how much I hate Simon Pegg...

Just out of curiosity, why? Not saying everyone has to love him.

I was being sarcastic, hence the emoticon! I'm actually very jealous that he gets to hobnob with Star Trek and Star Wars legends...

For the record, I think Simon Pegg is brilliant. He`s one of us really, and has not forgotten that, despite his success.
Plus he has made some fantastic films. Shaun of the dead and Paul to name but two.

And featuring Simon Pegg as Overly enthusiastic X-wing pilot whose name we never learn before he ... you know.

All is right with Pegg's world right now. A slot on the mission impossible team, Star Trek team, possible star wars cast member, and maybe even the Antman? Enviable.

In the comic, Robert April, who non cannon sources have long listed as the first captain of the Enterprise shows up. The comic book rendering of April has more than just a passing resemblance to actor Nolan North who has an unspecified role in the film.

Just a passing guess that this guy turns out to be the true bad guy of the film who hired the 'Benedict Cumberbatch' character to attack the Star Trek federation.

Anticipation for this one has really dropped off. Looks like the Hype is all about Supes and X-Men currently.

Sweeeeet. Now we know a bit more of the plot and who John Harrison is. Looks like the movie will have some good Kirk moments.

I think its kind of ridiculous how much they are featuring the Enterprise being destroyed.

Also, Alice Even in her underwear was quite unexpected.
