Quite honestly, its refreshing to get some (minor) visual changes to their costumes. It helps to differentiate (comic, TV, film, gaming, etc) versions of the characters.

As much as it may seem visually busy, they are fighting in a war, a more armored costume seems appropriate for the time period. Granted they may not all be pleasing to our individual palettes but its still cool to have all these characters in one game.

Bring on more unique (somewhat unattractive armors) and all...lol!!!

They fight Darkseid and the forces of Apokolips, every other sunday. They don't really ever change their outfits or put on some extra armor. Most of them don't need extra armor, for some it would even be a hindrance. I can't imagine Flash performing as well as he does, if he were covered in armor from head to toe.

Doubtful. In the grand scheme of things, no one will remember this game in a few years and Aquaman will still be viewed as the loser he his.

I am slightly disappointed to see Shazam on Superman's side. I was hoping there would be a epic showdown like in Kingdom Come. It also appears Hawkgirl is on Superman's side and Aquaman is on Batman's.
