Yeah, as Whiskey said, it's more a problem of Stark being able to hold onto those 13 people than how much they weigh. Them linking (as we've seen in set photos) is a solution to that.

You do know the problem isn't that they weigh too much. It's that he doesn't have a way to hold all 13.

Yeah I'm curious to see how they get out of this jam. I don't see how it will be possible to slow everyone down. Then even if you slow people down how will they possibly land without serious injury. Do you have to assume everyone will have an iron grip, pun intended, to be able hold on to each other? The only way they get saved that would make any sense to me would be if he's able to commandeer of his other suits and they assist. It's just the physics of it all that doesn't jibe with me.

Even if they link hands in a circle, Iron Man holding all of their weight, at least two people would be in the unfortunate position of having to support the weight of more than 5 people with one arm (and in the other arm feeling the pull of more than six).

I'm assuming they're just gonna ignore this though.

Well from looking at the pics of the stunt on the web it seems that

Tony does hold onto most of them by hand and lands them in the water. I'm a bit sceptical as to how believable it will seem even on film, but maybe the water landing will be because they are still coming down hard and it's the best place to drop them.

I guess we'll know when the movie comes out.

I don't think there's been any actual word but it's a sure thing that Disney will attach it to Oz

Do you guys remember that whole wait for that trailer? If it's the one I'm thinking of I tried going without sleep waiting for it. Only to pass out and have it not go up til like midday.

So basically it's like Iron Man carries the weight of just a few and the other people are carrying the weight of the others. Not that he's making them all weight the same. Oh well, I'm not a physicist. I don't know science.

Is it just me, but from watching that clip that Vile linked to and from checking out a few of the still pics on the net, it seems like like not all of them are actually holding hands. Maybe it's just more or it's the angle or something, but maybe it's because a few of them let go as they get close to the water. I dunno.

I'm sure Tony has some voice amplification tech in his helmet so he can speak really loud so they can all hear him and get on the same page quickly(unless they're panicking like what happens when someone is drowning).

Yeah, Marvel announced the time it would go live but didn't tell us it was PST. It was midnight PST, IIRC, which was 3AM for us on the right coast.

The woman Tony grabs first actually has a Bluetooth unit in her ear. She can be seen talking to him as they fly. Presumably she can communicate with Iron Man and the others falling from Air Force One. Or at least that's my interpretation of it.
