6yrs 3mill,its a great deal for the Ravens (considering Reed is getting 6mil in 1yr). now they can focus on upgrading their ILB and OT at the draft.

In a rather slow news day around the NFL, the Dolphins ditched their old logo in favor of a new one. I neither like them, nor do I dislike them, but I prefer the old logo much better. **shrugs**

Word is that Tony Romo's new deal makes him the highest paid player in Cowboys history.

I dont get it? Did Jerry Jones make that insane deal solely for the purpose of screwing the other NFL owners who's teams have a legit QB?

The only logical conclusion is that Romo has pictures of Jerry Jones having gay sex.

Well first off, the Cowboys and Jones are notorious for overpaying.

Secondly they were $100k under the cap. They owed Romo $16.5 million this year and he could have been a FA next year. So Romo didn't need the pictures of Jones, there really wasn't an alternative. No FA or Draft QBs. Viola.

Itching to see what the bumbling raiders are gonna do with carson palmer, and in the draft since they are trying for flynn? He'll probably go to arizona.

Well, 49ers have a new backup QB named Colt McCoy from the Browns, in return we send them our 5th & 7th round picks.

I will be the first to admit, but as a niner fan, im not so happy with the trades they have going so far. Maybe picking up Boldin wasent bad, but Colt McCoy???? REALLY!?!?!?! .....well at least it wasent Carson Palmer.

In some ways, I think Colt is worse than Carson. At least Carson had a moderately promising career once.

Niners get Asomugha on a 1 year deal and no guaranteed money.

Jerry, screwed up that deal with Romo...Jerry didn't pay him enough

He should have made Romo the highest paid QB in the league

Teams in need of a QB should pay attention... the legend is attempting to make a comeback:

gotta say i have mad respect for Russell for working his ass off to finally try to be the QB he could've been. Unfortunately he probably did it too late.

Never gonna happen. The Bills have Kolb, Cardinals have Palmer and Chiefs have Smith. The Jaguars will draft Geno Smith. Like Duke said, too little, too late. Maybe he will get a shot as a backup, but starter? Nope.

I know, I was just joking.

Anyway, the Pats have submitted an offer sheet for Emmanuel Sanders, because apparently they decided their WR corps aren't fumbling enough.

Please, Mr. Rooney take their 3rd round pick.
