Well, those wanting an all island episode should be pleased.I enjoyed the new relationship between Slade & Ollie.I'm finding it hard to believe "Deathstroke II" is dead.Interesting that felicity isn't wanting a full place on the team. Her and Dig seemed to get along well.Hopefully, the island stuff stays this good. Not sure how much they can get out of that storyline.

The island stuff was fantastic. But I don't remember seeing that dragon tattoo on Oliver before.

Glad we finally got an episode that focused on the island.
Yao Fei's daughter being Shado was a nice surprise.

Well I thought this was a great episode, I liked that this was all island episode, if was great to get the clarification on the two Deathstrokes. That fight scene with between Wilson and Wintergreen was amazing. Love the death scene how appropriate.
The tattoo on Yao's daughter and on Oliver raises questions.

This was a great ep for all things island related and Manu/Slade stole the show. He really did a fine job and his fight scenes with Ollie and Deathstroke 2 were awesome. I'll definitely be rewatching this. And the nod to "The Odyssey" was great as well as Digg and Felicity.
But the big surprise was Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:
Bring on Dodger and smoking hot Smoak! (I had to )Also - "I'm stuck on an island with a guy named Wilson." was win.

It's amazing how confident in storytelling this show has become.
The show slowing down for the island was great. Plus, I love how Ollie backed off his aggressive stance towards his mom, but Digs still didn't want to let it go.

Best episode of the season so far IMO. Definitely made up for last week's overhyped ending.

We need more Slade. He's already become my favourite in the show, though Diggle is close behind.

The island stuff was pretty good especially all the banter they had going on between Oliver and Slade.
Its funny for Oliver to say they need to back off but he was the one took the extreme route to confront her. |

Slade Wilson fought the way Batman should have. 6 thugs down in 5 seconds was all kinds of sweet.
Now if they could only do something about that hair colour...maybe by the time he shows up in star city.

If there was an episode that has the most flashbacks, it's this one. It also has the most focus on Oliver, but it's in the flashbacks. I wished they use this much focus on Oliver in the present time. After Oliver calls Felicity for help, he lets her in on his secret which makes her the 2nd person to know. Diggle and Felicity are getting along and they know that something is going on involving Moira, yet Oliver refuses to accept it. Slade Wilson/ Deathstrokes stole the episode and it's nice to see Shado, who happens to be the wife of Yao Fei. Lots of easter eggs such as Wintergreen and Jericho. With the stuff going on with Dinah last week, we don't see her (or Tommy Merlyn) in this episode, except for flashbacks. A good flashback episode.

Good episode, but kind of a disappointing resolution to last week’s cliffhanger. I was hoping Oliver would get SOME answers from Moira, or something. Just using that to turn into a “him getting shot” scenario was kind of lame (that scenario/plot could literally happen as a result of ANYTHING else he did, the suspecting Moira stuff had so many other potential payoffs)
I find it truly baffling (in a good way) how they've made Slade Wilson into such a sympathetic and heroic character willing to make such incredibly noble sacrifices (with the landmine, and then also with the plane). No idea how they're going to turn him into a villain after all of that, should be fascinating. Current time plot was kind of frustrating. We know Oliver isn’t going to die, having that be the main conflict is a bit weak. Good character development for Diggle though (speaking of that, I was very surprised that a CW show was able to reference child sex slavery). Luckily it didn't take up too much of a portion of the episode. When Yao Fei addressed the female captive as Shado I was kind of annoyed because I thought it was his wife (and that they were wasting the character name of Shado on giving a name to an older Asian woman that had very few plans for), but when we got a closer look and saw that she was young and it turned out to be his daughter I was very pleasantly surprised. Really, that makes perfect sense. Presumably he would give her some bow-and-arrow and fighting training. A great way to tie the character in so that she could possibly appear in the present timeline.
