I don't think it makes that much of a difference. They are all just mouthpieces for ignorant men. They are pretty interchangeable. The only thing that makes Creed standout is his parents but without a clear version of sabertooth I dont see that happening

This film Is laregly taking place In 1973,for sentinles as major part of story It makes sense human antagist and subject who sets in motion future with sentinles to be character who has history In sentinles storys.

Did Strkyer give Wolverine his adamantium skeleton in the comics? Or have any connection to Wolverine's past? I don't think so..

Strkyer was also supposed to be the creator of the Sentinels in X2...

Stryker was used because as I keep saying because he was villain of God loves man kills
which Is Bryan Singer's favorate X-Men story and was starting point for X2.They changed him to fit the story but they still had military connection like comic,have child who was mutant which at core Is reason behind his actions.It was changed from wife giving birth to mutant and him killing both to him having mutant son responable for his wife's death,leading genocide plan against mutants,kidnap Xavier and Cyclops(In comic he also kidnapped storm) and trying to brainwash Xavier to be used against all mutants.

Days of future past doesn't have as obvious a human villain.Why In the world would they use Graydon Creed when they could use Trask or even Lang.Creed doesn't have anything
that would leave anyone to use him for adaptian of Days of future past.

The problem more with Creed is his connection to Sabertooth. Not sure if they should use him for this film because of that.

IMO, their connection in the comics to the other characters doesn't matter that much in the movies.

Oh good you're finally open to idea of Dinklage possibly being Lang. That's all the other posters are saying. Be open to the possibilities. Since THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMATION THAT DINKLAGE IS TRASK people are just speculating what other characters he can be. We're NOT FORGETTING ANYTHING, just speculating.

Simple...Creed hates mutants and he would be behind some kind of terrorist attack that mutants would take the blame for. In the animated series Creed and his followers spread the plague and blamed mutants for the outbreak. Stryker also used this kind of tactic in X2...

Also if Sentinels are prominent in the film, then why not go with the smallest guy leading a legion of badass tall sentinels.

Well if there is that kind of shock, I would think it would occur at the very end of the movie. I personally wouldn't want Apocalypse shoved into this movie beyond a cameo hinting at a future movie.

Id assume it would be a end reveal too..This X-Men series allows for a Apocalypse finally i think...The guys who played Magneto and Prof. X were main characters and audiences related to them...How ironic would it be to have them team up together to take down the badass in the 3rd film

would it be too similar to the.avengers reveal? I would love Dinklage to meet with apocalypse at the end and he'll be all "I am as far from mutants as they are from you"

I seriously doubt they'd do that in DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. It's more likely that they would just plant some seeds in DOFP that they can use to reveal Apocalypse in a future film.

People need to tampen down their expections.People are goin down road on these boards of want all these different characters In plus expect all the returning characters to have all the attention as well.

Most of us aren't saying he will be Apocalypse. I was just thinking we might get a tease of him for a future film. I really don't want Apocalypse to have a big role in this film. It would be too much (like Venom in Spiderman 3). I would rather have a cameo or a tease and then he can be the big baddie in the sequel.

Thats why people are making the assumption...Pay attention.

Dinklage wont turn into Apocalypse in the film. Its a reveal at the end. He will be a normal guy throughout until the end.

I don't think he's going to be Apocalypse. Apocalypse shouldn't be played by a white guy. I think Bill Duke could have played Apocalypse. It could make up for The Last Stand as being phase 1 in Apocalypse's huge evil plan.

yeah, that would be awesome. And if Peter is indeed Trask on DOFP, that would mean he and Bill would be two totally different characters (for hard/closed minded fans )
