So I woke up just now and remembered that I had a dream that involved Famke as Jean... lol. it was kind of odd in a way because she looked exactly the way she looked in X2...as if X3 never existed. In the dream I met up with Xavier and Jean who were on their way to meet up with Iceman and Rogue. lol. Not sure why though but hey, it was cool hanging around the two, though, I couldn't help how I felt about Jean...that ....lol I told her how I felt and at first, she actually turned me down. I guess because at this point she was still with Scott at the time. damn, I wish I was Scott in the dream. haha. Anyways, something happened where I found myself split apart from Xavier and Jean and I was being hunted by these...guys or whatever, and luckily Jean showed up and...saved my ass.

I rarely dream about the X-Men.

No, everybody keeps asking and Iím sitting by the phone waiting. I donít know whatís taking Bryan so long because I hear some of my cast members from the past movies have been approached already, so I donít know whatís wrong with him.

She has been using that "sitting by the phone" line for months now. Famke is never going to reveal anything one way or another.

Reminds me of her "Someone told me they saw me in the trailer" lines. She finally just admitted she was telling a white lie with regards to the Wolverine.

That she keeps saying that same line actually gives me some hope that Singer might bring her back for a cameo. Just a little hope mostly because they are friends and he has even produced a project for her.

Actually, turns out that is an old interview - it took place on Jan 9th (Famke mentions that she had just presented something the night before at the National Board of Review and that happened Jan 8th).

So, she's not trotting out an old line, it's just that she was using that same "I'm sitting by the phone" line when she was doing Hansel & Gretel publicity during January. This interview was held until April because it relates to Hemlock Grove.

Just a side note - within the span of a year, Famke has appeared in films grossing approx. $600 million worldwide! The Wolverine should push that total closer to $1 billion! It also seems like her new show Hemlock Grove may be a hit given how many people watched it, but there should be more news on that soon.

I think even if Famke and James do appear briefly in this film, nobody will ever admit to it until it is released. It would be the ultimate fix for everyone who was disappointed in X3. Even though it made a lot of money, X3 was a disappointment to most fans and benefitted from how good X2 was and the great Pheonix tease at the end of that movie.

Truth is, they may not even shoot their scenes in Toronto... they could shoot them anywhere, LA, Vancouver, NY. My guess is, it would be a small cameo at the end after we go back to the real timeline...

As much as I really really really want them back I dont think its going to happen in this movie at least. Especially with singer saying that this isnt exactly a sequel to either movie. I hoping that if we do get at least one more movie with the OT cast that they bring them back then and use sinister as the villain.

I just find it hilarious when people confuse Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

I would be laughing heartily until I realize (yet again) that they're not filming here :'(

I was so used with the previous X-Men movies filming in Vancouver.

I really wonder why they're not shooting in Vancouver. Especially since the physical location of the school is there.

This is just a wild guess, but maybe the school has been destroyed. Perhaps only the deepest underground levels remain, like at the start of Wolverine and the X-Men. Maybe they will do some filming at the school later for a sequence at the end when the timeline has been fixed?

Especially since they're filming the future scenes at the minute. It's highly unlikely, in a world with sentinels, that the base of the X-Men would be left intact. It would be one of the first places to be targeted.

Blame Premier Christy Clark and her Liberal Government who refuse to match the tax breaks for films offered by Ontario and Quebec. BC film industry has been hurting because of the Liberals.

Didn't Bryan tweet a pic of his Director of Photography (?) where there's some pics of the previous X-mansions used in the previous movies? To me that confirmed that they were looking for X-mansion-able locations in Montreal.

Perhaps that's for scenes taking place in 1973.

I don't think we will see Morlocks in this film. I think its just going to be the X-Men, the Brotherhood and mutants.

Nathalie ‏ 13h
@RealHughJackman @BryanSinger Is this about Jean Grey? 'cause the movie is on IMDB Famke Janssen's filmography so... Maybe more are coming ?

Hugh Jackman ‏@RealHughJackman 13h
Having an awesome #XMen reunion. Wish I weren't sworn to secrecy. But ask @BryanSinger maybe you can pry it out of him!

Except it may have absolutely nothing to do with Famke. Hugh's tweet came first.

Someone just asked if it was about her.

That would be too much to add into this film. It's pretty crowded as it is.

Quite a few people across the threads have mentioned about there being too many characters. I'm going to throw this out there and say I don't mind. The more the merrier. The central and main characters will get the most screen time and the newer, unknown actors will be more named extra roles.

I know this can upset some people as certain characters won't get the development, but sometimes it's nice to see them as its I think it's the only way to get them on screen, as only there powers are interesting and not the character or give them to big a role and it complicates the story.

The only thing i object to is seeing older character being wasted I'd rather have someone like night crawler be used properly, so I'd rather not have him as a small role but something fleshy.

As to this thread cyclops and jean.... The only small role/cameo I'd accept is something that sets up for a future film, like the segments that happen after a trailer.
