I like Three To Tango. I think it has some good jokes, Oliver Platt's awesome in it, and there are also a couple of nice touching moments.

Or sometimes we just like the movie. I still happen to love the 1982 movie version of Annie, even though it's a pretty terrible adaptation of the stage show. But when I was 8, and had never seen the stage version, it was the greatest thing ever. Still love it. I actually have it on blu-ray.
Exactly what I meant Thank you for saying it much better than I did

No matter what you say about the Popeye movie, Shelley Duvall as Olive Oyl is the most perfect casting choice of all time.

With Robocop I love the second as much as I love the first

Notice how I didn't say anything about the casting. I think it was pretty good actually (especially Shelley Duvall, I agree)
Being a huge fan of Segar's Popeye, my problems with the film are elsewhere.
But to each their own and it's all good that a lot of people seem to love this film.

Never seen that, but just knowing that Oliver Platt is in it means that Oliver Platt is awesome in it.

The Artist.....did not care for it, did not think the gimmick was all that clever.

The Rock's unpopular opinion is that The Rock thought The Tooth Fairy was film making at it's finest.

What did The Rock think of The Rock with Sean Connery and Nicolas Cage?

The Rock was shocked to see his name slandered by that jabroni Michael Bay.

The Rock and Bad Boys are next on my list of "movies to watch"
Hope they are easily more tolerable than most of the wasted potential directed or produced by Bay

Add me to the list of people who not only likes Temple Of Doom the best of the Indiana Jones movies, but also the even smaller group of people who likes The Last Crusade the least (yes, even with Crystal Skull in the mix). Don't get me wrong, Last Crusade is still awesome but for me it suffers from being too comedic and too repetitive of Raiders, and also having the most boring villains of the series. Crystal Skull had problems but I liked the Sci-Fi storyline and thought the setpieces were a lot of fun and Indy in it felt more like his proper self to me. I didn't like how klutzy he sometimes came off as in TLC.

I think all four Indy films are amazing though, to me there's no such thing as a bad one.

I REALLY enjoyed both of those. I know Bay gets hate for stuff like Transformers, but you can't let the hatred some have for Transformers get in the way of those two. I don't know if I have ever heard anyone say they didn't like The Rock.

The Bay hate is way more overblown by film geeks. He's not nearly as hated, heck I know people who love his work. Heck, I'm a fan./

I love the first Transformers, liked the second, was bored by the third. Before that, the only one I didn't really like was The Island. Loved Bad Boys 1 and 2, Armageddon, and The Rock.

Personally, I thought TF was great, TF2 was awful, TF3 was passable and loved The Island.

I think it's just cool to hate whatever the unwashed masses like in our circles, that's all.

I enjoy all of Bay's movies, some I love, some I just like. I think he's an amazing technician.

As much as some of the writing in certain films of his are wretched, I think the overall hatred for Bay is pretty unnecessary. He makes no bones about what kind of film he's making and for that I at least respect him. Like Sam Raimi, he's a showman. Both are relentless and often extreme in their attempts to entertain, but for the most part, they don't try to do more than that, (Raimi has shown he's capable of more in stuff like A Simple Plan but I digress) and they succeed more often than they outright fail. In regards to Raimi, he's more accepted by the fan community because (at least for the Evil Dead series) he appeals to the more low-budget cult horror fans, (and the DIY, down and dirty independent stuff is more noble) while Bay appeals to the masses on a big budget popcorn event film level.

Oh, and Bad Boys 2 is the pinnacle of Michael Bay's madness. That fifteen minute long car chase that goes on endlessly, the one where they start throwing cars off of that truck at other cars? Cinematic genius.

I pretty much agree. Even though I'm not as "enthusiastic" regarding Crystal.
