Since Blink is basically a teleporter, she'll probably function more or less the same way as Nightcrawler if he had been in this film.

Ive been hoping for Sunfire since FC, but I really hope Singer dont make him a female character, either on this movie or in the future. The same with Fox and future directors of the franchise.

I just noticed Fan Bingbing has a role in Iron Man 3.

It's probably one of those "blink and you'll miss it" type roles.

So if Blink is the time-traveler/teleporter of this movie, then that means no Gateway or a time machine.

In X-Men Legends II, Blink was really helpful in the game.

I heard Bryan wanted Taylor as Sunfire not Thunderbird.

I hope we get confirmation about which characters will Dinklage, Sy and Boo boo will play. I find it odd that there's already a confirmation? about Bingbing's character.

a native american actor playing a brazilian character?

Im sure some fans wont care, but I hate decisions like that.

Sunfire should be an asian actor, the same Sunspot should be a brazilian actor. Thats the magic of the comics, and that would be the magic of the franchise. To cast actors with the same nationality of their characters.

Specially if they are minor roles. Kurt was played by someone like Alan, but these new supporting characters wont have the same attention as an important character like Nightcrawler. So would be better to sign the right foreign actors.

Since Bingbing and Booboo were announced along with Daniel Cudmore. I think out of the new cast members that have been announced so far, there are the two new cast members that will get the least amount of screentime or importance in the story.

My guesses for the remaining six spots:
-President Nixon (I don't really mind who will play him since I didn't care about the President in X2/X3)
-Emma Frost (crosses fingers!!!, but its weird that its take them too long to announce a returning FC cast member)
-Havok (same with Emma)
-Banshee (same with Emma)
-A human character
-Apocalypse (I can't really think of any characters that they have to introduce in this movie because the cast is already massive!!! But an Apocalypse ending would be sweet!)

Sorry if it's been asked, but if anyone here has seen Jack the Giant Killer, what did they think of the way the action with the giants attacking was done?

I know Singer hasn't been a great action director but I am hoping he got a bit of practice dealing with giant attacks.

Hey guys, how would you respond if, for some reason, Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool was announced?

It would seem like throwing in a fan-favourite for the sake of it, and that's never worked out too well in the past movies.

we are talking about the look of the characters, not just about where they are from.

your example is totally different from mines.

Batman isnt a chinese, brazilian or african character, either is Superman.

again, wrong comparision.

I wouldn't be happy. I don't think he fits in the movie just like Gambit, Nightcrawler, Jean Grey and Cyclops.

Jean Grey and Cyclops fit in this movie as much as Patrick Stewart's Xavier.

Like Scott and Jean, Xavier died in X3. They have the exact same status post X3 (I seriously doubt the post credits scene is canon), and yet Patrick will be in the movie.

And on the flip side, if the First Class timeline is still going to explore the origins of the X-men, than young Scott and Jean have the right to appear.

With time travel and different timelines, any character could show up and serve a story purpose, especially two important ones.

The post-credits scene could be canon. And resurrecting 1 character is different to resurrecting 3 characters. And they could include the younger version of Jean/Cyke but it wouldn't help the movie because there's already a lot of things going in the movie.
