Here's mine:
1. The Lion King - Snow White - Fantasia (1940) - Cinderella - Peter Pan - Sleeping Beauty - The Little Mermaid - The Sword in the Stone - Alice in Wonderland - Beauty and the Beast I only numbered The Lion King because it's my clear favorite, while the others rank higher or lower depending on my mood.

Lion King and Beauty and the Beast are both masterpieces.
Hunchback is underrated as hell though.

My favorites are the ones I primarily grew up with: Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and The Lion King. The Little Mermaid is good too, but I don't hold it as high as the other three. And if I were to pick an older one, I'd go with The Jungle Book.

Cinderella
Alice in Wonderland Peter Pan Lady and the Tramp Sleeping Beauty The Aristocats The Jungle Book Robin Hood The Rescuers The Black Cauldron The Little Mermaid The Rescuers Down Under Beauty and the Beast Aladdin The Lion King Basically, the good ones. The latter-days of the Disney Renaissance (Pocahontas, Hercules, Mulan, etc.) is where they lost me.
