a Wonder Woman movie needs to be its own thing...just like Batman and Superman are not relying in the past incarnations...it can be done and the closest a movie came to a WW movie was Thor.

No one knows how MOS is at this point, but it better not be a downer like SR.(And from the trailers,I'm not convinced that'll be the case )

SR suffered because not a lot happened other than the plane rescue...the rest of the movie was boring...and even still the movie the movie grossed close to 400mil...if it didnt cost too much to make there would be another one

No, they could have made another one regardless. Batman Begins didn't bring a lot of profit either. It was the disappointing approach and story that denied a SR sequel.

More like all of the above. SR was too much of an homage where none of the parts lived up to any of the original. Just like the WW pilot. Which is why they're not going to do that with a WW movie if they had any sense.

They will continue with the Goyer(Nolan/Snyder) approach that worked with Batman and from the looks of it Superman as well.

David Goyer did say that he would love to write Wonder Woman next. And since WB said that they have some DC movie related news coming soon, lets hope that Goyer was already writing the script and the planning will be announced soon. If he does end up being the writer, I have some faith in him judging from the way MOS is looking. Imagine the dynamic relationship between Diana and Hippolyta would have.

Interesting tidbit: Gina Carano is currently dating Henry Cavill in real life.

As long as Goyer doesnt sit in the directors chair, I'm pretty comfortable with him writing a few characters.

Goyer is good at working with different source material. I hope WW: Earth One comes out and hopefully offers something useful for a movie.

The more modern good source material for Wonder Woman the better it is for her movie. The comics hasn't explored her early years enough.

Maybe they'll dust off Goyer's Flash script.

If Nolan said he would just go ahead and produce this to complete the trifecta they would fast track this ****ing thing so quick. Frankly I want him to do it just so I can see the damn thing finally made.

Maybe that torch get based to Snyder. He seems a little more passionate and gung-ho about this kind of stuff than Nolan. I always felt like he was being bothered everytime there was a Batman question (which I'm sure he had MANY)
