Faora seems almost as vicious as Zod.

And I like that Superman is cool with going into space and it doesn't effect him, as it should be, IMO.

Yeah, a lot of people just find Superman boring, unengaging and just hard to connect to because he's so 'perfect'. All he needs is a kickass movie like this that showcases every aspect of the character(not just his abilities, but those help loads too). People will turn out in droves for MoS, and the ones who are not Superman fans will be after watching this movie.

I kinda think the no sustenance and oxygen is a bridge too far for Superman. We don't need to detach him from humanity completely. He's just a far more proficient us. Not completely alien.

Theoretically, Kryptonians should be breathing carbon dioxide since they are photosynthetic, at least that is one of the comics explanations why a yellow sun gives them superpowers.

People who find Superman boring and hard to connect to never really got to know him. So this is basically their first real introduction.

I 100% agree with this. I get the feeling MOS is finally going to show the GA what I've been trying say for decades. That what they've seen so far is no where near what I've read.

I've never heard that. I always thought that the yellow sun gave him his strength and powers. Not his actual life source...

Exactly.
It will be funny seeing the new ''fans'' jumping on the bandwagon after this movie.

Is anyone worried that Superman might come across "too violent"? Like you know if the movie has to much action people might be like wait Superman wouldnt really do that.

Agreed. But, when I typed ''fans'', I was referring to the ones who use to say the character is boring, etc.

Just wondering, Superman can walk through fire without burning, he can take bullets to the eye without blinking...In MoS we see a quick glimpse of him covered in fire, with a beard. So his hair/beard doesn't burn...How does he shave it off as a normal razor wouldn't do anything
