Giants selection of Pugh was unexpected but the team usually drafts pretty well, and upon research, he seems to be quite a versatile player that could play several positions and it appears he was on other team's short lists as well.

Idzik went BPA...I am just hoping he picks offense from now on for the Jets.
Richardson is a odd pick for the Jets, but he is the best inside pass rusher in the draft and has a great attitude. I think he will be a good player but we have so many other gaping holes to fill. My thing is if Geno goes past Cards, Eagles that we need to look at him now. But I like Zac Ertz |

49ers selection of Eric Reid at #18 was good BUT, Sharrif Floyd was just sitting there waiting to be scooped up. I think the 49ers should've selected him instead, then go for the safety position with Cyprien at #34.

I'm shocked the Niners took Reid over Elam and Cyprien myself. Eric was projected to go inbetween rounds 2-3. The odds of him being there were great so I don't get it.
Reid was a damn reach on Raider-esque levels. |

Just saw a short 30 For 30 about 1983's Mr. Irrelevant. Bill Parcells talking about John Tuggle. Drafted in 83, died in 86 from cancer.

Alright Steelers lets grab a reciever here in the 2nd.
I would be happy with Justin Hunter Robert Woods Steadman Bailey Keenan Allen Grab one of these guys, that is unless by some miracle Eddie Lacy falls to us. (I can dream can't I)

I'm curious to see where Giovani Bernard goes.
Has there ever been another year with only one QB and NO RBs in the first round?

Come on Carolina, let's get Cyprien, Swearinger or Taylor for the secondary and put this defense over the top.

He's not going to be as good as Payton Manning, but I think he's about around Eli's level. He needs the right tools around him, and I think with the additions of Jennings and Patterson we're going to see how well Ponder really can be.

Eifert is basically Greg Olsen 2.0 because of his athleticism and versatility. Both happen to suck at blocking too.

Really not understanding the Falcons trading 2 picks to move up 8 spots for a player that would have been around at pick #30. and if he wasn't, Honey Badger would have been.

I had Cyprien rated higher than Matt Elam, but Im glad the Ravens drafted a safety which was probably the no1 need for the team, In round 2 Im looking for the Ravens to address the tackle position or wr.

Well we have a lot of picks so I don't really care about getting rid of a couple for a potential immediate impact player. Plus we still have our second round pick.

Bye bye, Baron Batch.

The more I read and hear about this TE that the Bengals drafted the more I'm happy about it. I was expecting them to up their defense, but I also forgot that the defense scored more in the last few games of last season than the offense did. They really did need to get more weapons out there to help open up A.J. Greene. When Sanu left the season with an injury, the offense struggled due to A.J. being doubled up on all the time. If they would have had other decent receivers, that wouldn't have have happened as often. This new TE could be a cure for that.
Plus, he just sounds like a darn good player. So I'm cool with the pick ![]() I hope they get a decent RB soon to help Green-Ellis out (though with them bringing Scott back I'm not expecting it) but I still feel like they need to touch up their defense. A bit more. I tell you, I'm kinda into the draft for the first time this year. It kinda makes me want to watch college so I can learn who these people are. |
