The Sketchbook is great. All-around an absolutely fantastic score.

If it was in my hand, I would give an oscar to Zimmer for Goodbye my son alone... It's so damn touching...

Well I'm on the track 'Earth' right now and I think it's safe to say that this is all around a fantastic score. I'll certainly be humming this new theme and numerous pieces that I've listened to.

Bravo Mr Zimmer, bravo.

I really wanna see what Elevator man has to say about the score. There is no gripe.
It has many themes, variety, nice rhythmic stuff. There is nothing not to like in this one. The perfect blend of old school with the new sound of superheroes... Oh God, I am such a happy nerd !!!

I have no idea how this guy does it.

He crafted this impossibly affecting, rousing, and all-around badass score. . .and he's got three more coming out this year. All of which will probably (somehow) be also worthy of note.

The common detractors would say that he'd have his minions compose most of them in his name, but. . .

Hmm, maybe it's just me but I hardly ever hum any of Zimmer's scores despite being fantastic. Batman's "main theme" is really the only thing I ever find myself humming that Han's composed and this soundtrack is no different in that regard

To this date "A Dark Knight" will always be my sentimental favorite Zimmer track, but MOS has equally great tracks all the way through.

I heard him speak at a TDK sound panel, and it really did seem like he was a fan of working on teams, and not taking 100% of the credit. That's why TDK's score wasn't even eligible for the Oscars - there were too many names in the credits. Whatever makes the project better, that's what he'll do.

He's an all-around awesome (and HILARIOUS) guy.

Yeah, for sure. And "Imagine the Fire" for me too.

But Zimmer should be proud, I really think he's really done Superman justice with this score. A lot of people who never cared much for Superman in the past are going to be seeking out this OST, and that really says a lot.

I have only listened to a few tracks at the moment, but when I get the chance I'll sit down and listen to this in detail.

This is pretty cool.....is it just me, or does the new music actually work with the original Superman too? Check out 2:10 - Come to me, son of Jor-El....KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!

edit.....ok watched it again, maybe not the best match for all of it lol. But it works well for the flying scenes!

So I predicted exactly when TDKR score would leak and stream online last year and again for MoS as well. Can I be a trusted source yet for God's sakes??!!

I've got a way to go. I just finished "Goodbye My Son" and am blown away. Even though I have seen the film, the listening to the music again is incredible.

You predicted that Empire would leak the score for TDKR 10 days in advance?

It is hard to tell because I think most of the songs are out of order as they are done in the movie.

Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:
All of the Krypton related tracks come first as that is the opening scenes. The the Oil Rig track. Flight should actually be somewhere in the middle.
