There won't be any Kryptonite.

Nah, I hope Bruce develops supersized gauntlets to PROTECT his hands, that disintegrate after every other hit. He then stops punching, trying to figure out how to properly "beat" Superman without injuring his valuable hands, and tries to tornado kick Superman, who just blinks at the experience. Batman's not gonna give up, so he tries to tackle Superman, who doesn't budge. Superman picks him up, but instead of throwing him, just drops him playfully.

Note: This would all be late in the fight, after Batman has already had the upper hand for a while.

^ That's more like it, Mr. Clark! Though I would want him to be "weakened" temporarily, only to turn to the sun or grab Batman's arm, causing him pain.

I wouldn't want there to be a final fight. Or a winner. Of course Superman, a super powered alien, would win in a one-on-one fight. He beats anybody.

The Batman/Superman relationship is interesting because of their ideologies and differences. Hope/fear, etc. I'd like to see each character come to terms with who each other are. And to learn from one another. For example, Superman to be more aware, and Batman to learn he doesn't always have to go it alone.

Initially Superman could view Batman as a villain, given his dark methods and the myths circulated on the street. Superman could seek Batman out, with the backing of the US military. Batman would be a loner, seeing Superman as a company man and a possible threat. In the spirit of TDK Returns.

If there is a fight, I’d like to be like the Iron Man/Thor fight in The Avengers. Both characters having hero moments, but for whatever reason it ends in a stalemate. In the end, hopefully there’s a team up action sequence. Contrasts to Luthor could be made. Both are humans with fears - one sees the light and allies themselves with Superman (even though having contingency plans), the other remains steadfast in their views.

i'm guna call it now - Bruce should be totally paranoid of Superman - his company joins forces with lexcorp to reverse engineer the alien tech found in the city and on lexcorp property (zod's suit) and appear to help humanity bridge the gap, but behind closed doors, lex and bruce have similar ideas but for different reasons - Bruce is wanting to be able to defend against Superman, so to find out his weaknesses, prehaps build a suit to match him using kryptonite where as lex just wants to beat and rid the world of superman so he can reclaim the crown.

We see Bruce finding out all about clark and not so much attacking him, but challenging him, messing with his head - to test clark to see his true worth.

A few confrontations occur and then the real threat, from lexcorp appears where they set aside their differences to defend earth.

It ends with Bruce and Clark making a pact

This in my mind is only way it can go and i would love it.

As MOS showed, humans against kryptonian's is about as one sided as Barcelona vs LA galaxy

Well, considering that they are building towards a Justice League movie, I suspect there will not be an absolute winner. But that they will resolve their differences to fight the true enemy in the film.

Batman throws decoy Batarangs, hidden in one of them is a kryptonite version.

Superman thinking he is invincible to them doesn't attempt to avoid, ending in his heart getting pierced and dieing from the batarang explosion.

But on closer inspection, batman realizes that superman actually took a page out of his own 'prep time' manual and made a decoy robot and before he could react superman comes up from behind him and snaps his neck!
Lois upon seeing this is shocked and says "AGAIN!!!!" Clark after breaking down in tears (again!) looks at lois and says "please don't tell anyone, the world is not ready!".

But it turns out this was a FAKE BATMAN, with the real one peppering Superman with a machine gun of Kryptonite bullets from behind!

The only way itll be competitive is if kryptonite instantly and completely depowers Superman.

If its a slow acting thing, then Superman could probably blow Batman before he could finish Superman off.

There will be no drama if;

a) There is no Kryptonite
As the fight will over in a literal blink of an eye.

b) Kryptonite completely depowers Superman
As Batman will be able to take him out instantly

I think it will be kryptonite but reduces powers to about 5% that way Superman has a little speed and a little strength but Batman isn't completely and utterly out matched.

Batman can't fight superman with bare hands. If no kryptonite, there must be other batass weaponry to fight with.

Ah, but batman realizes that for the first time in his adult life he's made a miscalculation as his machine gun was placed 10 metres away from superman, where the krptonite affect is nullified, thus allowing superman to prove that he is faster than a speeding bullet(s) and then after dodging all the bullets superman flies up in the air and fries the machine gun with his heat vision, superman then comes down in front of batman, who is so furious that he commits the ultimate sin and picks up a gun and shoots superman.....in the eye!!! only have the bullet bounce off! Batman looks on in shock as superman says to him "you like that? that was Bryan Singer's only shining moment!
