How do some of those movies get so much likes? 300 Sequel? Smurfs 2? Are there one too many X-men fan groups on Facebook that people have just not clued in to "Like"ing DOFP but have "Like"d other X-men movie groups? (That certainly is the case for me).

And the Transformers movies still getting fans really annoys me to no end. Is there no accounting for taste?

Cap 2 is still my most anticipated movie but the wolverine has bumped DOFP up to number 2

I'm thinking the latter. I've seen some sites that have hits for celebs that the order just seems absurd. Facebook likes don't account for the whole human populace.

I thought the best scene in The Wolverine by far was the mid-credits set up for DOFP.

I love the original cast and I loved First Class to.

Can't wait to see this all come together.

ITS NOT LYING! The numbers are speaking to "likes" on FB pages. X-men movies on FB has over 8 million. That many people actually "like" those pages and get their info from them. X-men has posted many updates to their FB. All one must do is type in the FB the names of those pages and see the actual likes.

The only one that trips me out is Smurfs. Had no idea the fan base was large for that one. Then again, never paid attention.

That has fb likes that have been building up from before First Class (and represents the previous trilogy as well).

Which is now where all of the DOFP updates are being posted. In actuality, all of those FB pages are hold overs from a previous movie/franchise.

Transformers movies trumps all and I cry for the human race...

Anyways, speaking of The Hunger Games, Time Magazine just came out with "TIME The 100 Most Influential People Who Never Lived" issue and they have Katniss on the cover (among others). You mean to tell me of all the Fictional characters, some character that was conceived in 2008 is one of 100 most influential? I'm willing to bet no X-man character made that list. Gimme a break...

Transformers is a world wide behemoth whether you like it or not. Hell, even my mom ran to the theaters to see those movies.

Nostalgic Robots, Hot Women, Fast expensive cars and a ****load of Bayhem=$$$$

Those flicks are still a hell of a good time for me even if they piss me off on the writing side of things. Some amazing set pieces. Transformers 1 is actually a pretty solid Blockbuster overall imo.
