Arcade Fire's The Suburbs is a fantastic album that for me personally came out at exactly the right moment.

For years I had a burnt cd with all of Doolittle and Surfer Rosa, I can't really separate the 2

I am really digging this year's Random Access Memories, but Daft Punk's Discovery is remains their best I'd say. Its kind of hard to imagine much of the internet without it.

Toss Up between this and Make Yourself

Coldplay's A Rush Of Blood To The Head

Their opening song on the album Politik is one of the greatest songs I've ever heard. The song was written on 9-11-01

Electric Ladyland - Hendrix

Easy choice for me. It would be followed by his Are You Experienced album and The Beatles Rubber Soul/Revolver.

I'm sort of glad I didnt discover Joy Division until after my teens, because I think it would have just ruined the album for me. Now, it is one of the best musical works of art I've heard. Ok Computer is brilliant too. Still gonna have to stick with Nirvana's Nevermind..just because of my teen years...
