Default How should Bruce and Clark/Batman and Superman interact?

By that I mean, how should their banter go? One of the biggest reasons the Avengers was such a success was because of all these personalities clashing and making for dialogue. I feel like if they don't get the dynamic right between not only Batman and Superman, but also Bruce and Clark, because there is a difference, then the movie will have failed.

All Goyer and Snyder need to do to figure out the way the two interact is to watch JL animated series and World's Finest animated

I rather hope that they don't go that route since Superman was pretty much inferior to batman in those takes.

I rather them take a cue from stuff like Loeb's Superman/Batman or Byrne's Man of Steel for their interaction rather than the animated film (which I find pretty good but also a bit overrated).

But most of all I hope they find a great own voice for it. With the post crisis dynamic as the spirit of it all. Sometimes at odds, but ultimately friends.

It's a lose-lose situation IMO. They either go The Avengers route and make it funny and jokey and be accused of trying to mimic the Avengers and it being inferior (cause frankly a Goyer and Snyder don't make a Whedon). Or they go the serious route which may fit with the tone but people will cry that the film lost any charm it may have had and that Snyder is sucking all joy out of the universe and reality as we know it.

Batman is supposed to say "your underground cave or mine?"

I think they need to find a sweet spot. Somewhere between serious and sarcastic. Dry humor I guess? That's what I picture when I think of Bruce and Clark interacting.
