I love Hardy's Bane, everything about him.

Here's one, Ben Kingsley should do a comedy..specifically, one with Trevor Slattery as the main character.

Was I the only one able to listen to Hardy as Bane and not having trouble understanding what he says? Or hear his lines as they are supposed to be delivered?

TDKR had a lot of problems, but Bane (or Hardy's portrayal of Bane) was definitely not one of them (except maybe his death).

A full movie, bask in all its glory

Iron Man 3 is a brilliant movie, and I can get past my anger of having Mandarin of the wrong (not stereotypical nor racist) ethnicity after seeing the twist

I wouldn't mind an Easter egg in an later marvel movie where you see an ad for a Trevor slattery movie or play or something.

To me the hardest patch is in the prison cell with Bruce. I didn't get the "men turning to seawater through uncontrollable thirst" until the DVD.

It's so hard just to watch this once. I've watched it like ten times in a row now.

Maybe the prison's theater and Trevor presents a stand up comedy monologue? Seinfeld did it.

Despite the crappy sequels and abundance of found footage films, the first Paranormal Activity is a good movie. It balances jump scares with an increasing sense of dread. The entire movie was made for something like $10k, so I think considering that alone it's a solid indie accomplishment.

I didn't get the tiniest bit scared while watching that movie. That's the reason why I hate that series. It's just not scary to me.

I loved that Shane was always open to having him return. "Hopefully this isn't the last we see of Trevor Slattery, I'd love to see him pop up in more Marvel movies."

I think a lot of people are too harsh on Spider-Man 3. Is it a bad movie? Yes, but it's not a sin or against society.

It's bad, we complain, times passes, becomes a so-bad-it's-good cult film.

I've sat down once or twice to give it a chance, but I never end up booting it up. I've yet to watch a found footage movie I've legitimately enjoyed. Cloverfield was alright the first time, but I tried to watched it again recently and ended up turning it off about 1/3 way through.

I actually think Spider-Man 3 is a legitimately good movie.

Quoting stuff from the "Spielberg appreciation thread", just to not get that thread further out of topic

Spielberg turned it to forgettable instead of being pure awfulness

Oh aziz, your posts are a memorial service to all things classified as "the worst"

Anyway, I didn't particularly care for James Wale's The Invisible Man.
