I just don't understand the 49ers mentality with their 3rd QB situation.

That's been one of my thoughts too. A rare event can bring a good crowd, but I wonder if the NFL has really considered long time attendance.

Probably not.

Yea I don't get it and I don't like it. We never should have gotten rid of B.J. Daniels.

So who throws more picks tonight? E.Coli or Catler?

That'll Show 'Em: Mike Tomlin's Very Mature Attempt to Coach His Team

What I find interesting about this is that someone is speaking out about it, a veteran player. This should be a nonstory. Tomlin is losing his team.

A lot of the media seems to really like Tomlin, so his rep has avoided damage from this disaster of a season so far. But if this continues and more players stat to speak out, the tide will really start to turn imo.

With the table games banned I smell an undefeated record from here on out.

Eli is so bad. 15 picks in 6 games. That is insane.

It's really too bad the Giants don't play the Texans this season. That game would set an NFL record for interceptions.

He's making some bad decisions, but it's not always him. Wrong route running by his receivers. The pick 6 that was suppose to be Randle coming back was the same play he made to Nicks who came back to ball on another play. In the end however, it's going to count against him.

I'd say it's 50/50 blame between Eli and his receivers but that's still no excuse on his part. He's been in the league 10 god damn years, he shouldn't be looking that inept out there. He looks nothing like a 2 time Super Bowl MVP. He looks like a guy that has no business being in the league. It's pretty disgraceful and disappointing. I'm not gonna be one of these loons and say to bench him or replace him but he needs to step it up BIG TIME and take charge.

At this point, I could care less about them making some insane 1 in a 100 run at the division....for what? To get bounced out in the first round by any of the 10 NFC teams that are clearly better than them...? At 0 and 6, I'd rather take a high pick next year.

The way I see it, The NFC has been a flop this season. The Falcons blow, The 49ers are struggling, The Packers are inconsistent, The Giants are dreadful, etc.

At 0-6, the season is probably over for them but The Eagles and Redskins still suck and The Cowboys have Romo leading the charge. Who knows?

In their defense, it's not like they haven't defied the odds before.

I've got more faith in the Niners to get it together before the Packers do. Green Bay has to be careful, the Lions are moving in the right direction. The Pack can find themselves on the outside looking in come December.

I think the top 2 teams in each conf are the Broncos and Colts in the AFC and the Seahawks and Saints in the NFC. Still got a long way to go though...

Sarcasm smiley use aside, even if they beat the Vikings (which I think they can), the Giants will still be 1 and 6 going into the last week of October. Those are some serious odds to defy....
