I'm not believing anything until I actually see the movie.

That is the websites words not WB's.

That dude is very strange looking, I really don't see him as Nightwing material I always thought of Dick Grayson as being a very attractive young guy.

Femme Fatale?
I said WW because most people seem to think it is for WW but if Olga K, Elodie Yung and Gal Gadot are competing for the same role, I don't think it is for WW.

About Adam Driver, he's super weird looking but I don't know him, if he can act, I'm ok with him. This film will need some talent.

However, the elements to create Brainiac are there if Luthor wants to. There might the remnants of Jor-El's USB-Brain somewhere, and with some effort he might be able to modify the programming. It's not altogether different from what Cyberdyne was doing in Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
I think Jor-El would end up creating the Brainiac personality and AI as seen with the robots on Krypton but it's Lex that gives him the body made of Kryptonian robot parts left over from the Zod invasion.

Speaking of Brainiac, anyone here think we should get Corey Burton back to reprise his role?

I don't care at this point. Batman himself is more than enough, I'm not here for anymore of his "family" (except Alfred) cannibalizing that much more screen time that could've gone to developing Superman's side of the story more. On top of that, there's a possibility they may try to stuff WW into this beyond a cameo appearance. Ugh. Too much.

or Lex creates Metallo and Brainiac is an alien with no Kyrptonian ties bottling planets and destroying worlds.

No, actually, no sarcasm. And it's not even my somewhat cynical excitement about Batfleck (I love Ben, and I'm sort of wishing he'd just play himself playing Bruce Wayne in this…)

I'm a fan of Adam Driver. My first impression of him wasn't spectacular, but he pretty much wormed his way into my heart. I need to watch the rest of Girls and see how he does, but I support this choice if he gets it.

He just has "character actor" written all over him. Kind of like a John Hawkes (?) type.

You been reading Indiewire?

Supposedly, the studio had been looking for "a young John Hawkes type," and while that's an odd concept in and of itself (was John Hawkes ever young?)

I saw someone comment this:

A six foot three former Marine, Emmy-nominated, guy who worked with Spielberg, Eastwood and the Coen Brothers is being considered to play Nightwing... but no. The fanboys want to comment about his looks. Because they are Abercrombie models. Clearly.

Shut me up.

Yeah. I just love that they're kind of breaking the mold for Dick.

(It would be even cooler if they went multicultural, but oh well!)

Jeff Sneider also mentioned Paul Dano as a contender. Lordy I love him too!

To be fair, the character is a handsome fellow, so is it that shallow that people comment on his looks? And no one calls out all the folks that fancast actresses for WW based mainly on looks.
