The idea of dinosaurs with feathers doesn't ruin my excitement because like you said, this is just a movie. Its not real.

Dinosaurs with feathers look kinda dumb. So it wouldn't be as visually appealing for me.

I don't care what science says! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSHHHHH!!!!!

As far as body heat insulation goes, wouldn't it be more comparable to, say, an elephant or rhinoceros?

I freely admit that biology was never my forte, so it is a genuine question.
No. The largest true birds top out at around 10 feet tall and a thousand pounds. They were slightly larger than Utahraptors. The elephant bird is the most well known of these since it only went extinct around 300 years ago, although there are similarily large birds in the fossil record.

Tyrannosaurus was far larger than that.

Normally I'd be on the side of science but dinosaurs are the one thing I'm happy to let inaccuracies slide. I just don't think I could ever get use to the idea of dinosaurs with feathers no matter what the science says lol.

No.

But the T-Rex wasn't one of the largest land animals to ever live. The sauropods like Brachiosaurus (the first dinosaur you see in Jurassic Park) were far, far larger than Tyrannosaurus.

Tyrannosaurus was equivalent, weight-wise, to an elephant. Brachiosaurus was the size of a large whale. Many, many, many times heavier, and far longer and taller.

No Spinosaurus. Ha ha!

I'm bummed about the absence of dilophosaurus. It hasn't been in any of them since the original. But velociraptor isn't on that guide either and we know that it will be in the movie, so maybe there's hope.

Most of those dinos might not even be featured in the movie. The first Jurassic Park had a listing of dinos too that weren't actually in the movie.

While we learn that an increasing number of dinosaurs had feathers, for the most part they aren't the kind of feathers we're used to seeing, much more like spines in many cases, not like modern' flight feathers.

Oh see it now, thanks. Looks good...is it much different to what we've seen before? Not that I need it to look any different, the look was nailed from the very 1st time they appeared.

Basically looks like the JP or TLW Raptors, just with a greenish color scheme. Looks badass I think.
