I can't stand Timberlake and wouldn't want him anywhere near this film. I used to think that maybe casting him as the Flash was a good idea because he's popular and might put asses in the seats, but almost all of his movies are bombs so I don't think that logic really works.

The way Flash can have alternate timelines and such with his power, makes this quite workable.
In the New 52, Hal Jordan takes on the role of jokester like Wally in JL TAS. So if they use the New 52 lineup, a character like JL TAS Wally wouldn't really be necessary or advantageous. I think both Barry and Hal should be primary sources of comic relief throughout the Justice League movie.

I used to despise Justin Timberlake, especially back in his N'Sync days and in the beginning of his solo career but he's grown on me. He's a pretty good actor and a pretty funny guy. I liked his performance in Runner Runner.(the movie itself wasnt that good) Dont know if i would want him as Flash though.

I love Timberlake but he is a terrible actor. Not even just not good but terrible.

Hmm, i used to think he was terrible too but more with his music. And public persona. I like his acting, maybe he's not Daniel Day Lewis and hes probably not going to win an Oscar but he usually comes across as its easy for him. His acting i mean. He has the same qualities as Will smith as an actor to me. Theyre both natural and likeable. Without having any real training.(That i know of.) If that makes any sense. Sorry, tired.

Timberlake definitely has the acting ability to pull off Flash

Id rather we get someone other than Timberlake too, but I still think Goode and Timberlake are two very likely candidates for the role, based on their pasts with WB/DC.

Goode would be good. lol i approve of him. Back to Timberlake again i thought that he and Affleck had good chemistry in Runner Runner. Hmm, not sure why that would be needed between The Flash and Batman though. Just thought id mention it.

been watching the Justice League animated series a lot recently. although he voiced Wally West i think Michael Rosenbaum could play Barry as well in a live action role. he's definitely got the looks. age might be an issue because he is 42 but he can still pass as being in his 30s

Who's to say it's Barry Allen and not Wally West? It was Wally in the animated series.

Charlie Hunnam would be an AWESOME pick! I don't usually go on this thread but when I saw his picture up there, it just kinda hit me!

He has the acting chops to be funny but also serious. Plus, he'd work great in a team up movie if rumors are true and we're getting a Flash/Green Lantern movie. Great pick, whoever first brought that one up!

Pine or Paul. Although I'm thinking Pine would be a good GL/replacement of Reynolds.

I remember when he was up for Cap - always thought he'd make a better Flash, all for it, especially if Barry and Hal were used fro some much needed levity.
