I'm not a fan of the AA design, but it does look like a proper representation of its design.

Looks good to me.

Absolutely adore these designs.

I prefer the blue over the New 52 red for Nightwing as well.

I agree with that. Returning Grayson's colour theme to red seems to imply that he has regressed to a more Robin-like figure. It seems particularly strange after he served as Batman for a considerable time.

I bet he returns to blue after his secret agent phase.

either that or after Crisis 2015.

Yeah. Red makes me think of Chris O'Donnell in Batman & Robin.

And I'd rather not think about that.

Bonus points for use of the word Puce!

Is there a version of Batman without the armpit straps?

They look great on Cap, but yeah I wouldn't want them on the Batsuit either.

Speaking of purple gloves, I just got this first appearance Batman action figure:

Which made me think of what Affleck's first appearance suit might have looked like - I might even manip one up when we get some better pics.

I can imagine something like the current suit, but with the flared ears, short gloves (but black), the suit not having any tears or scratches, Ben being a lot slimmer, and maybe the boots being Paul Pope style lace-ups. And the lining of the cape maybe being a blueish colour.

I'm not holding my breath, but if BatFleck could remove his mask like Night Owl in Watchmen I would die happy. I think if anyone would give it to us it would be Snyder.

You're not the first person to express such a wish. It's funny how the simplest of things can mean so much to us. Fingers crossed.

Why not? I think it's something that Snyder would really like to show in the movie. The cowl that we've seen looks quite sturdy, but they could easily use a more flexible one for shots such as this.

I suggested that many a thread ago, and I obviously agree. Cowl pulled back, 5 O'Clock shadow with only the glow of computer monitors on his face = money.
