He's not bad. I loved him in Under the Red Hood.

Great dialogue and even better art. Look at that cowl! I draw Batman all the time and still can't get the colors and shading to look THAT GOOD!

Eh. It's his early days proto-Batsuit from Zero Year, isn't it? In that respect, I don't think it's too bad. I kinda like the play on the original Batsuit they're doing with the gun and the purple gloves.

Yeah, the point is that it's his first suit.

...plus a throwback to Kane's.

But wasn't this his design before Finger revamped it?

It doesn't matter, he was the artist from which Zero Year is based off of.

Kane drew Detective #27.

If i remember correctly Morrison during his run had a flashback to batman's early days and they just drew the Kane/Finger suit as it was, completely accepting it and not turning it into some tacticool bullcrap suit to sell it.

Too much armor these days.

Yeah, I think I heard about that on Fat Man on Batman. Snyder and Capullo also fought for the trunks, but DC denied them. DC has control as to how these characters are drawn to an extent.

Really? They wanted to give him trunks? Hm... my hate for Snyder is decreasing.

Not that i want Batman with trunks, but in those flashback scenes, what does it matter if you pay tribute to his silly past the way Morrison did?
