If you are referring to TASM2 strictly, I would have to agree. I find myself thinking it's not so good a movie, but it is one hell of a Spidey movie.

She was good, but I feel Rosemary Harris was better with both the script she was given and of course her performance. On the other hand, I can 100% say Martin Sheen is the better Unc.

Yes, but users here seem to be saying that the character has to meaningfully team up with Spider-Man for about the whole movie or a significant part of it, whereas that 2015 clause just says it needs to be connected to the MCU (according to what you say, I can't find anything about it on Google)...

Quick Google search shows deal was renegotiated in 2019 and was only for one more movie. There would have to be another negotiation for SM4, and we don't know any of the clauses. In any case seeing the exact source of that original clause would be nice.

No I don't think it'll have any Daredevil (aside from a small cameo), if it did I'd actually really dislike that. We don't need yet another team-up movie, Tom needs to shine on his own. It'll be "grounded," symbiote suit will be in, and Mr. Negative is one villain I can see happening. But...
