For those who've seen Superman (or who don't care about spoilers for it) : If he was just roasting Returns that'd be fine by me, but of course its weird and kooky enough to be right up Gunn's alley. God, like yeah okay he can make a good movie but he's so insufferable at times.

Daredevil was genuinely a masterpiece tho. Can't say the same for Born Again but... Yeah, the original show was great. A lot of elements would be put into my ideal Batman live action show.

Realistically speaking, the only way Eggers is doing it is Gotham by Gaslight lol. Either way if Pt.2 doesn't happen I'm crashing out.

Absolutely. They urinated on the ending of s3 for no good reason, and couldn't even be arsed to come up with a decent way to have it happen.

And they still got sequels, just like this one will. I refuse to give in to this defeatism.

It was definitely the most packed I've seen for a Robert Eggers movie, that's for sure.

That is craaaazy to me lol. That was my favorite one. The tension in all that and then how it all blends into the rioting etc... it was like a short film at that point. I don't even know how they could top it.

I uuuuh... I don't think I liked it. I guess somewhere in the middle it had it's moments, but that was a painful pilot to sit through for me if I'm being honest.
