I was thinking that myself. When they say "child porn" they can mean anything from a baby to someone who is 17 years old which is not accurate (there is a different term for pubescent teenagers). While someone who is 15 or 16 years old is bad it is not as bad as someone who is only 5 or 6 years old.

He's not, but even then that doesn't matter. If you're a 15 year old guy, and you have dirty pictures of your 15 year old girlfriend on your phone, that she willingly took and willingly sent you, that's child pornography and you can be arrested. That's how the law works.

lol, he was like 30 in Season 1. Him and Cory Monteith were like 2 years younger than Matthew Morrison who was playing their teacher.

And out of the whole "kid" cast, Salling really started looking long in the tooth as seasons went on.
