On a slightly different note, but related to NATO and the events in Ukraine. Is there really a chance that France elects Le Pen? It would seem to me that the left would back Macron in a runoff, but I'm not that familiar with French politics. It also seems to me that it's time for people in the US to wake up and realize that we aren't the only country that has important issues. People here are so GD smug about the US being supremely important (and I'm not saying we aren't important to the world), but if this war in Ukraine can teach us anything, it's that international relations are key to world stability.
