Le Pen wants France out of NATO integrated command, backs NATO-Russia links

Hopefully the second round of the French election doesn’t turn into disaster with Le Pen winning and then pushing for France to pull out of NATO and for NATO Russia links. That she’s confident enough to say things like that ahead of an election while Russia are committing war crimes during an invasion shows what she could be capable of at other times.
 
It looks like Russia abandoned that warship. They said it was a "fire" where the munitions were. LOL. So I guess that means being stupid and inept is better than getting hit with a missile.

EDIT: Russia has confirmed that the ship has sunk. I wonder when the next ship is going to "catch on fire". :funny:

I'm not as familiar with the political climate in France as I should be, but I find it hard to believe that this is a popular opinion. Anyone???

Just delicious. I mean, just being out of the fight was going to be a huge loss for Russia. But sunk? Yeah, that is an irreplaceable loss.
 
Its amazing how badly the Russian military has performed. Obviously they’ve done tremendous damage to Ukraine but it’s been a cluster the whole time.


I still wonder what they will do to save face.
 
Phew, thank god this is just a "special operation", imagine if that would be a real war and Russia would absolutely suck at it while being the invading Military. XD

How embarrassing that would be for the Man who rides horses shirtless because He is so alpha. XD

what are the chances of France actually electing that far-right nut? The French can't be that stupid either, right?

Macron 24%
Le Pen 21%
Mélenchon 20%

2017 Round 2 (run-off between top 2)
Macron 66%
Le Pen 34%

2022 Round 1
Macron 28% (Macron +4 points since 2017)
Le Pen 23% (Le Pen +2 points since 2017)
Mélenchon 22% (Mélenchon +2 points since 2017)

2022 Round 2 (run-off between top 2)
Macron TBD
Le Pen TBD

The good news is Macron can lose a lot of voters from 2017 and still win since he came in with a big cushion. (Biden doesn't have this luxury in 2024 since he won 51% not 66% in a run-off.)

I heard the guy who told them that got a medal and that this is their new catch phrase when they are told to surrender. Unfortunately, I heard they are almost out of munitions in Mariupol. They are also saying that there are now about an equal number of people on both sides and the rush is to get them all armed and supplied with armor. From what I understand, the Ukrainian military is structured better than Russia's and isn't as dependent on higher levels of leadership.

Good. It’s absolutely crucial she doesn’t get to power for world peace and I’m glad that the chances are low.
