Rai Benjamin beats Karsten Warholm to the gold in the 400m hurdles. Warholm looked at one point like he might be as dominant as McLaughlin but didn’t push on as relentlessly from his big world records.

I have less than zero respect for Lewis Johnson after his interview of Christian Coleman after the botched handoff in the 4x100. Kenny Bednarek was filling in for Noah Lyles and clearly took off too early and Coleman couldn’t get him the baton within the exchange zone. Lewis Johnson kept pressing Coleman during the interview to say what went wrong. But everyone knew what went wrong. Bednarek just took off too early. But Coleman kept taking the high road saying “we just didn’t get it done tonight” and “we lose as a team.” He wasn’t going to throw his teammate under the bus. But Johnson kept pressing. It was awkward to watch, especially with Bednarek standing there with his head hanging in shame.

Props to Coleman for refusing to go there.

Shame on Lewis Johnson for trying to start $&?@ between the teammates.

Japan got into the number 4th in overall medal tally ☺️ with 2 golds advantage than team GBR at 5th and France at 6th, coming into the last 2 days of the Olympics!

I always say...as long as we hold into the top 5 position at the end of the event, I will more than happy!😀

The interesting thing is who will top at no.1 and 2?
Currently USA and China are tied with 33 golds each, but the US had more medal in silver and bronze.
