The scene with Joker blowing up the hospital without looking back- AMAZING
-Two faces look in the film- AMAZING
-Two faces commenting on Gordon and how he wants Gordon to lie to his kid and tell him everything is going to be ok...that part- AMAZING
-Ledger's composure and characterization and acting after he does the pencil trick- WOW, how do you react to someone doing something like this so casually like a joke
-Ledger's final speech as he is hanging upside down- man, does that give you something to think about!
-Ledger's scene with Batman in the police interrogation room- SHEESH
-Maggie's acting- surprised me. Man, she was excellent. Good work for all actors involved.
-The ending- WOW- sometimes we have to lie guys. Man, the ending was very fast paced, a lot of classic one liners were dropped which I cant remember, but it was like BAM BAM BAM and i was trying to think about it then he went on to the next line ( I am talking about Gordon's speech- MAN if that doesnt make you think and take a look at yourself, and life and society in general, I do not know what will)
-Ledger was not in every single scene, and there was a perfect balance to all characters
-Even though it felt like Batman was not in every single scene (as in , in his costume), i felt like seeing him as Bruce Wayne added to the realism of this whole universe.
-The "I believe in harvey dent" sticker on the Joker's nurses uniform- wow!
Most favourite moments
-The speech from Joker to harvey dent in hospital- the whole "If i say tomorrow I will kill people and it happens- no one panics- it is all part of the plan- but if i say I will kill a random person- then everyone starts losing their minds" MAN that made me think- and the way he delivers that "losing their minds" line- amazing
-Alfred taking Rachel's note away from Bruce Wayne "It can wait"
-The whole boat bomb dilemma and how it played out- brilliant
I cant write reviews like some of you guys can, so it will be great to hear your thoughts as i check out the Super Hero Hype boards for comments there- perhaps my brain has melted so I cant really type at the moment anyway, plus i need to let things sink in. Suffice to say I mentioned thinking a lot- yes this movie is VERY psychological but it has great action (favorite bit of action would definitely be the helicopter crash scene)
WOW.
