Or alleged death, depending on what you believe. I still remember I was in the car driving back from the mall when I heard it on the radio. I was like, man....we lost one of the good ones. Was hardcore enough for the thug crowd, but was just politically and socially conscious as any underground rapper today.

He's not dead, he's hanging out with Elvis.

I'm not a big fan of rap but I can recognize Tupac's talent. He's sort of become the John Lennon...or maybe it's Elvis since people think he's still alive...of rap.

After his death I don't listen to rap anymore because no one will be as good as him.

10 years and yet his and biggies killers were never caught.

I can't believe it's been 10 years.

Too smart and talented for his own good.

I'm sorry I ended up not liking mr.shakur in the end.

The only thing I will give Tupac is that he was a really good actor. Other than that, I couldn't care less about him.

Really? I liked his music. It was his real life personna that rubbs me the wrong way.

I hate Tupac fans. When I worked in the cinema, a fat and white Tupac fan worked there for a tiny while. He was dumb. He would tell us repeatedly of the Tupac conspiracies.

Tupac: one of the few rappers I genuinely have any respect for artistically. May he rest in peace.

Actually Tupac got exactly what he deserved.

I don't know why this thug is so respected.

In October 1993, in Atlanta, Shakur shot two off-duty police officers (one in the leg, one in the buttocks) that were harassing a black motorist. Charges against Shakur were dismissed when it was discovered that both officers were intoxicated and were in possession of stolen weapons from an evidence locker during the incident.

sounds like he did something good to me.

:whatever: Yeah, because Tupac knew that the two cops had weapons from the evidence locker. :whatever:

Sounds like he just looked for an excuse to shoot at cops and play the race card. WTF was he doing with a gun anyway?

I am not a rap/R&B fan of any kind, so naturally I wouldn't like his music. But for some reason I liked him in Juice and Poetic Justice.

Yeah, I saw the both of them with the Easter Bunny next to their Caddilac, filling up gas for their roadtrip near the 7-11 next to my house. :o

I seriously dont like Tupacs music...Im like an outsider, oh wellz.

I don't like Tupac's music or him as a person. I knew I guy that had Tupac's B-Day and his date of death on his backpack like Tupac was a ****ing Martryr or something. :o

i was never a fan of his music.... and i'm not gonna try to go into the depths of his hypocrisy....or the fact that he simply reped the west cause Suge bailed him out of jail... when really he was from Baltimore.

He'll always be Bishop from Juice which is pretty cool.... but musically.... sure he threw out his social commentary every once in a while but as far as rhymes... they never did anything for me.

I don't think the source of the weapons concerned him.

Artistically, musically, he was something else.

As a person, he was something else, also. :down
