My ideal would be a high school history teacher in the local school system. Unfortunately, I don't know how likely that is.

I'd like to meet Marx someday, considering we don't live that far apart. Go see a movie or something.

Where is home for you? Where would you like home to be?

Niles, Ohio. For starters, an owned home instead of a rental apartment (which might be changing imminently).

I don't really put much credence into it.

When I was in elementary school, I had a dream I was walking across the playground at recess and came across a stump that had a huge squirrel sitting on it. The squirrel then clamped its jaws around my neck. I staggered all across the playground tugging at it screaming for help and everyone completely ignored me, then suddenly I was in the cafeteria, same deal. That's it. My neck was sore when I woke up, but I figured I was probably clawing at it in my sleep.

Um...maybe Tom Hiddleston as Frodo....this might sound weird but Mads Mikkelsen as Aragorn. Michael Pitt as Wormtongue. Liam Cunningham as Theoden. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Faramir. Mireille Enos as Eowyn. Henry Cavill as Eomer. Joel Edgerton as Sam. Christopher Plummer as Gandalf. Simon Pegg as Pippin. I'm blanking, and I'm not even 100% sure about half of those, the LOTR trilogy was very well-cast IMO.

Don't really listen to podcasts (I know, I'm so uninteresting).

Do you prefer to plan out your weekend or not?

Meh. If I have a chance, though I almost always work Saturdays and my roommate usually dominates what we do on Sunday, dragging me around with him taking pictures of churches for their websites (we have a hosting business) and/or walking at the park.

When was the last time you had a nightmare? What was it about?

The last one I distinctly remember was looking out the window and seeing a man holding garden shears standing right outside staring at me. Then, just like that, he was standing inside the door. My knees turned to jelly, and I was trying to drag myself over the floor away from him with my legs not cooperating. That's all. Probably ended right before I got decapitated with garden shears.

What languages do you find interesting and have some desire to learn?

I speak probably intermediate levels of German and would love to be fluent. I also would like to speak Italian. I just love the sound of it.

You're stranded on an island; what book, movie, and video game would you want with you?

The Lord of the Rings trilogy on DVD, Harry Turtledove's World at War series, and Skyrim.

If you could go back in time, who would you want to meet? What event would you want to witness? You can't change anything though.

A Truman Capote party could be fun. As for event...something like the breaking news of the moon landing. Just being around then.

But if you could, what would it be?

I wouldn't change anything. If you, say, stopped Hitler from being born, you could (theoretically) stop WWII, but then Israel wouldn't exist without WWII, and who knows what else that would effect, plus the jumps in technology from WWII, and all the other consequences we probably can't even name.

What television show is a guilty pleasure?

Glee. I know it's a hot mess, but I watch religiously.

What movie do you like that everyone hates?

Avatar and Prometheus get a lot of hate, and they're two of my favs.

What movie do you hate that everyone likes?

Titanic is "meh". I only like the effects and the sinking.

I proudly voted for Obama twice, but I'm getting disillusioned I fear.

How long have you been a writer? Won any awards?

I've never been published. I wrote short stories all the time starting in elementary school. I'm currently resurrecting a massive sci-fi series I started in 1999. I'm currently on page 93 of Book 4 out of probably 9 total books, which is....infinitely farther than I have ever come before, so I feel rather accomplished about that.

Schlosser is the non-Anglicized version of my mother's maiden name, and I was born in 1985.

Yea, I'm just lazy. I really should change it from Bane of all things though, because I didn't even really like Bane.

Speaking of Batman, do you think they should just throw in the bat-towel for a generation, or are you onboard for a new Batman movie series with a new director, main actor and interpretation? It seems pretty hard to top the Nolan films.

I don't object at all to a new Batman reboot sooner or later, but I definitely think they should have waited longer than this. Shoving a new Batman into the Man of Steel sequel feels A) shoehorned, B) way too soon after Bale, who still is the onscreen Batman to a lot of people.

No. I never really found him entertaining.

Did your perspective of the hype change after you became a mod? In what way?

It definitely gives you a different vantage point. Mods aren't infallible, but it gave me more respect for what they (we) have to deal with.

I didn't personally ban him, but there was some weird guy who seemed to have a grudge against me who I don't remember ever even interacting with. He was trolling my posts and replying with mocking comments and posting a picture of myself he must have saved from when I posted it in the photo album thread like 3 years ago. I may have had a stalker...

What age do you wish to live until? Be exact.

My mid-80s. 85 or so. Assuming I'm in good health, because that can make a world of difference...

If you couldn't achieve that longevity and suddenly found out you only had a year to live, what would you do?

Well stop stressing about loans and debt...take a vacation somewhere I'd never been.

Do you have a tattoo? If so, what? If not and you had to get one, what would you get?

I don't have one. If I had to get one, it'd probably be something simple, like the Skyrim symbol or something.

What's the most serious law you've ever broken?

I've shoplifted minor things.

What was your favorite toy as a kid?

GI Joe. I made them fight battles all the time.
