1st look at Adam Kubert's pages from ASM: THE LIST...

i like the new avengrs panel. finally spidey vs. osborn.

Yeah, love it. And no offense to Billy Tan, But I'm so glad Immomen is on NA. He's awesome!

Love the Kuberts. I doubt I'll get ASM: The List, though. No real need to see Spider-Man and Osborn fight for the fifty billionth time, especially since I still think Osborn should never have come back from the dead in the first place.

Wow. That Kubert art looks amazing! :wow: Can't wait to see it inked and colored!

And I really liked that page from Amazing # 612. Who is doing the art for that issue? Looks really good.

Azaceta's cool too, he's done some work on DD if I remember correctly. But Sean Phillips on ASM...mmmm the possibilities. But yeah GG and Spidey fight all the time. But hey, I'll still pick it up.

Sour grapes:o

I'm far more disappointed in Harry returning, even moreso after reading tat abysmal American Son story.

lol I like the bit where they say that having a writer that has a good grasp (read: actually knows) quite a bit of the continuity is a detriment.

That's why Bendis and Millar writes 'em. =/

Sorry Slott. When you're good at your job, you only get punished. I bet if you write Jan back into existance somehow, and she and Hank have a decent, functional relationship without any mental problems from either side,t hen portray Hercules as celibate, with a distaste for fighting.... Well, then you might have a shot at a big event.

On one hand, I can see people not really caring because Spidey and Goblin have fought before--on the other hand, I can also see people b***hing up a storm if someone else like, say, Captain America takes on Osborn in the end because he was originally a Spidey villain.

You can't win them all either way--but that's true with pretty much every form of entertainment in existance.

The 'Goblin is Spidey's Arch-Nemesis.. of course they will battle from now until the end of time..

Yeah, but as the climax to a big event? That seems kind of boring. I'm as big a Thor fan as you'll probably find, but I wouldn't want to see Thor fight Loki as the climax of a big event. That's fodder for his own comics.
