1UP, EGM prove to be biased *******s again

Luke Smith from 1Up challenged Mark Rein and Cliffy B to come on the 1Up Show.

This was preceeded by them saying that Microsoft pretends that the game is Halo, that the game is being delayed, that they are hypocrites because of the pricing, that collectors edition is garbage. Not to mention they resorted to calling Cliffy B a dick.

Not only that but they threw a hissy fit that we all know of have seen by now. With a series of news stories mocking the announcement.

In there they also intimated that Cliffy and Mark would probably end up apologizing on their show.

So, my question is, how often do devs end up getting bullied by some of the bigger media outlets. Do they even dignify this with a response?

Um Luke Smith is a huge Xbox fan, and listen to the actual podcast because that little forum interpretation of what they said is exactly that.

Luke wanted Halo 3 to win game of the show at E3 even though it was only in trailer form and explodes every single podcast in a rant about Sony or an arguement against the Wii.

Gear is near the end, and anyone who listens to the show will know how ludicrous acusing Luke Smith of hating on Gears really is, they raved about it on their E3 podcast for crying out loud.

THeir complaints are legitimate, and they even talked about how the pricing is probably outside Mark Reins control.

Cliffy B teased a "big announcement" on the Gears forum which turned out to be an viral marketting announcement that Gear of War was being delayed, after previously talking about how much he hated big announcements in the industry that were untilmately pointless.
