I understand why they're piss, but you gotta think that they're coming down hard on Kotaku for painting them as the bad guys, because of what just happened with Gamespot and Gerstmann. I know it's not the same situation, but they were probably afraid of a similar backlash in the defense of the "little guy."

the stolen shots look more rough around the edges than the officially released one. that's probably why Capcom's mad that those shots got out.
