Park Chan-Wook and Srdjan Spasojevic. Both can do a really brutal, tormented take on Frank. The former is directing an episode of an upcoming TV show. The latter did an anthology film. They'd both likely be up for directing Punisher.
And yes, I do hope that Rhianna Pratchett is writing an episode of Iron Fist.
