While I have no issue with Chad Johnson, I admit that I'll laugh if he gets cut from the Patriots.

He's wanted to win a Superbowl for so long. And when he finally gets on a Superbowl-caliber team, he gets the axe.

I liked Chad but wasn't necessarilly sad to see him go. Greene has more than made me forget about him. In fact, the only one I was sad to see go was Joseph. I really wish we still had him in the roster.

ESPN rank the 49ers 2nd best team in the NFL behind the Packers!!! The Glory days are back!

I wouldn't go that far....win the division and a playoff game before gettin all nostalgic

Sucks to see Chad Ochocinco to have fallen so far. He used to be really good. He seems to be trying hard with Tom to make it work, but it's just not going well. I do remember one offseason where Chad said he didn't lift one weight and didn't do anything. I hope that wasn't the case this year and he stayed in shape and is trying everything to keep his game near the top. He doesn't have any major injuries and a lot of susperstar receivers still play well at his age so I don't know what the problem is.

Vick, Burress, Big Ben top Forbes' list of most disliked players

Michael Vick could become the NFL's version of Mother Teresa and still be despised by a large segment of the population that will always see him as the guy who went to jail for operating a dogfighting ring.

Vick has made a concerted effort to improve his public image since signing with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2010, but personal growth wasn't enough to keep him from being named the most disliked player in the NFL, according to a recent poll published by Forbes.

The poll -- conducted by Nielsen and E-Poll Market Research -- was limited to active players who scored a minimum 10 percent public-awareness level.

The list in full:

1. Vick
2. Plaxico Burress
3. Ben Roethlisberger
4. Albert Haynesworth
5. Jay Cutler
6. Chad Ochocinco
7. Vince Young
8. Carson Palmer
9. Tony Romo
10. Jeremy Shockey

Surprised to see Palmer & to a lesser degree, Romo on that list.

None on that list surprise me.

I'm more surprised T.O. didn't make it, but I'm guessing he didn't qualify as a player.

Well, Tony has at least one fan. A lady at my local Wendy's has his name tattooed on the side of her neck. She loves him.

The only one that surprises me a little bit is Shockey. I can get Romo, people see him as a lazy sack who would rather party with Jessica Simpson than prepare for the sake of his team. People see Palmer as a whining cry baby who wouldn't keep his word. I am surprised though that the ten spot didn't go to either Vince Young, Terrelle Pryor or T.O.

I hated Shockey even when he was a Giant.

I've always heard that Shockey isn't the easiest person to get along with.

Shockey doesn't really surprise me much. Not really surprised by the list at all. Romo and Palmer caught my eye at first, but I get it.

Yeah, I've heard that he can be a bit of a prick but it's not like it has been well publicized or really out there like some of the other players on the list. That is why it surprises me.

I don't it'll be hard for Niners to win a division with Seahawks, Cardinals, and Rams. I think both Seahawks & Cards have 2 wins and Rams have only one so far.

I understand why they're all on this list but I don't agree with certain ones. Burress is just an idiot so why hate him, and Ben didn't even have charges pressed against him. I would replace Ben with Mark Sanchez, who actually got charged with sexually assaulting a girl in college and eventually payed her off, and replace Burress with Ray Lewis (who I'm amazed didn't make this list).

Just because Ben didn't have charges against him, doesn't mean he didn't do it. And from what a few Steelers fans have said on here, he's not exactly the nicest guy even in Pittsburgh.

Oh he's definitely not, (Hines takes the cake, he's an ***hole), but when there are other people in the NFL with worse rap sheets, who have actually been convicted with crimes, it's strange to see people ignore them just because they aren't in the spotlight (but Lewis should be on this list).

I would have thought a certain Pittsburgh linebacker should be on here before Ray Lewis...

I wonder about a list for the Most Liked football players, skill and personality-wise.

Ray Lewis is usually in the Top 10 of the Most Respected Players in the game. Hell, whenever there's rankings generated through active players, Ray's usually ranked pretty high & Ben ALWAYS gets the shaft. I've never seen any Player generated poll that's been kind to Roethislberger.

But nice job on the botched character assassination.

Doesn't anyone look at evidence anymore?

You're obviously a Ravens fan so I wouldn't expect you to see Ray's case with an unbiased perspective.

I'm not a Ravens fan, but Ray Lewis wouldn't make my own top 50 most hated players list.

Or top 100.

If you dont mind me asking, why do you hate Ben over Ray? (assuming you hate him more)

I'm a Bengals fan.

I am obligated to hate Ben Roethlisberger.
