If he jumps ship and goes to a team which will use him remotely efficiently he probably will make the playoffs. Over half of the teams in the league make the playoffs every year and he's never struggled to before. His presence would be enough to put a number of teams over that threshold and would be enough to make most playoff teams legitimate contenders. He'd be better off at most other teams than where he currently is. Why should he stay and put up with this bulls*** for a whole new contract? Spite? That's lunacy.
