Clearly the Brownies are tanking for Manziel or Bridgewater...The team doesnt want to win

Even if they had kept Richardson, it's highly unlikely it would make a difference. They probably would have just won maybe 4 games at most & that's being an optimist.

Logos of all teams re-done...Some are very cool

Don't like the logo for the Giants. I get that they are trying to be similar to the Yankees and Mets but...

Yeah I dont get that one and the Packers...The rest are pretty cool for the most part.

I like the Browns one

Blasphemy!!! The 49ers redesigned logo plainly sucks!!!

Tomlin is a good coach. You lost credibility, IMO, when you compared him to Switzer. If you can't see the difference between the two, or the teams they took over, then there's no point in debating.

You also criticized Tomlin for not being able to rebuild the team. Isn't that the GM's job? Coaches shouldn't be held accountable for their bosses' lack luster performances.

Do you think it's any coincidence that when Arians left and Haley was brought in, that that's when the team started to struggle? Is it fair to say that Big Ben and Haley don't get along? Is it fair to say that they both have different philosophies as to how the offense should be run? Is it fair to say these differences (and Haley's poor play calling) could very well be the reason the Steelers' offense has looked anemic?

^ Yes. But at the same time, I don't think it's fair to say that because he wasn't able to, that he's a bad coach. Let alone compare him to Barry Switzer.

The guy has a 63-35 record as HC. He's made it to the playoffs in 4 of the 6 years he's been there. 3 of those 4 times, he won his division. He's been to 2 SBs, and won one. Since he's been in the league, there's only 2 other coaches who've been to 2 SBs. Their names are Belichick and Coughlin. And he's got a better SB record in that time than Belichick. Just sayin'.

That's pretty elite company. That Steelers roster he inherited was really good, but not so great that you could just plug in any HC and they were going to win a SB. He was a big part in them getting it done.

Clearly you don't know how the Steelers operate. The GM of the Steelers, Kevin Colbert, isn't a front office official who makes roster decisions. This is well documented. He defers to the coach's expertise. Colbert will readily describe himself as a numbers guy who lets the coach make roster decisions and he just finds ways to make the numbers fit. He lets the coach make decisions about roster, draft, free agency, etc.

Furthermore, you try to claim Haley is the problem, but the Steelers offense was one of the worst in the league under Arians. They led the league in turnovers, they failed to put up points, etc. The Steelers defense won the Tomlin Super Bowl. Not the offense. Who built the defense? Bill Cowher. The decline has nothing to do with Arians leaving and every thing to do with the Cowher defense aging and Tomlin being unable to rebuild.

Johnny football/Teddy bridgewater ..WELCOME TO CLEVELAND

The more I think about this..the more I like it
Brandon weeden sucks(never would have gotten him in the first place).
Now they have 2 1st round picks...qb/ wr...qb/ rb...they can go a lot of ways

When will EA UPDATE MADDEN..LOL

Any GM who drafts Manziel and Bridgewater over McCarron is out of their damn mind.

I loooooove the opening to A Football Life, specifically the longer version.
0:26-1:16

"You gonna be a football player when you grow up?" "mhmm"
"The Philadelphia Eagles select Donovan McNabb." "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
"Football convinced me that life is a team game."
"I want to thank you very much for making my day in the sun so memorable."

Freaking chills.

Michael Vick is showing that there is an I in team for the Eagles

4 TO for Eagles already. Looks like Reid will have his revenge tonight vs his old team.

I love the new logo for Raiders.

I hate the Pats redesign but Love the Rams logo. All are pretty good to be honest.

This game is pathetic. Philly should be blowing KC out. KC is so much worse than their record implies. They are a team that makes countless mistakes and lacks any type of explosiveness. They are one quarter away from being 3-0, without having won a single game, but by rather having opponents beat themselves.

Just saw a commercial for Stafford, and Vick is in an insurance commercial.

I think that's like a dozen QBs who are in commercials.

I understand why Roethlisberger and Flacco aren't in one. But does Romo even do local spots?

Just saw Flacco and Kaepernick in a McDonalds commercial.

I'm not even an Eagles fan, but this game is pissing me off. Meanwhile, next TNF will be a worthy game. I'm excited.

It's just like two seasons ago when the Bills went 6-0.

:o

Three games into the season, and Philly has already proving they're a joke.

Dallas wins that division by default.

Are you kidding me? Romo's December meltdown is a guarantee. As of right now, it looks like New York is winning that division.
