^ Yes. But at the same time, I don't think it's fair to say that because he wasn't able to, that he's a bad coach. Let alone compare him to Barry Switzer.

The guy has a 63-35 record as HC. He's made it to the playoffs in 4 of the 6 years he's been there. 3 of those 4 times, he won his division. He's been to 2 SBs, and won one. Since he's been in the league, there's only 2 other coaches who've been to 2 SBs. Their names are Belichick and Coughlin. And he's got a better SB record in that time than Belichick. Just sayin'.

That's pretty elite company. That Steelers roster he inherited was really good, but not so great that you could just plug in any HC and they were going to win a SB. He was a big part in them getting it done.

Belichick put the pieces in play that lead the Ravens originally the Browns to win the Super Bowl. Then went on to bring the Patriots who were 4th in their division the year before he got there and brought them to a Super Bowl 2 years later.

Coughlin took a team who was 4-12 the year before and brought them to a Super Bowl 4 years later.

And because Tomlin who was handed a team who had most of the pieces of a Super Bowl winner 2 years previously, and a defensive coordinator LeBeau is it that surprising that they went to a Super Bowl 2 years later?

I don't think Tomlin is necessarily a bad coach but he was handed a great team unlike Belichick and Coughlin who had to build up their teams.

And for Tomlin who's been in the league 7 years still seems to have bad clock management skills, is too much of a Player's coach and doesn't keep his team in check, hangs on to long to Veterans, and the picks they've gotten since he's been there are more then yeah I don't consider him in the same category as Belichick or Coughlin.

HUGE move guys, dunno if you saw this but the Browns just traded Trent Richardson to the Colts for a 1st Round pick. The AFC North Just got a lil easier.
